I waited in line for my pharmacy order, being the next and only person in line, when it came my turn it also happened to turn 1:00pm at the same time. So instead of helping me, as stated, the only person left in line with my medical item pickup that is ready for pickup, the window was shut on me and I was told lunch was a strict 1:00-1:30pm rule and that not everyone in line can be helped. If there were more than just myself in line I’d understand but in this case that is absolutely ridiculous and insulting to me as a customer, and as someone with medical needs that I rely on the Kroger pharmacy to fulfill. My transaction is done weekly and takes less than 1 minute every single time. Now I am forced to inconvenience myself later in my day because of this rule.

Wow! I switched over from New Cut due to issues at that pharmacy about 4 or 5 months ago, and I've never been so impressed with a pharmacy! Poplar Level KNOWS everything they're doing. From the drive thru to the window inside the store to filling the medications. They are ready sometimes within 20 minutes. I've never been so impressed. So glad I switched over, truly if your looking for a GREAT pharmacy which is impossible to find, switch here. Thank you to the pharmacy for helping me so much and getting meds ready so quickly. The lady at the window is always a sweetheart. I wish I knew her name. Thanks again!

we have been using this pharmacy for years and today I was super impressed. They have limited hours due to staff shortages and I had trouble getting through to them for the past several days to see if my Dr had called in a script for me. In the mean time I get a notice from my insurance they don't cover this medicine. I am OK with all of that I just want the script. My husband went there this morning to pick it up and they told him the insurance company needed more information and my Dr would have to contact the insurance company. I just wanted to pay for the script so I called again after my husband got home and was told I could purchase the script for $140. I was not surprised at the cost and was willing to pay. While on the phone the Bob in the pharmacy asked if it was OK if he added a prescription discount card to my account. Of course I said yes. The dropped the price to $17.50. Like I told Bob I was willing to pay the $140 but so glad I got someone who was kind enough to take the time to help me out. It took about 15 minutes for me to park, get in the store and stand in the pharmacy line but I left with script in hand. There were at least 10 cars in the drive through when I went in and several folks in line inside the store. I know they are busy and short staffed and for Bob to take the time to save me $ I truly appreciate that effort. I have actually gotten my shingles, TDAP and pneumonia vaccines there recently and they have been super friendly and efficient in administering those vaccines in addition to dealing with walk up and drive through customers, answering the phones talking to patients and Dr offices. So thanks for all you do.

I have been at this particular Kroger pharmacy for 4 years. They are always so kind respectful and fast to get meds filled. Most pharmacy's are an automatic 1 to 2 hour wait. Not here! Thank you so much
