Rudest people ever. Can't wait to switch pharmacies. Kroger has really gone downhill.

Wow! Though I'd be the only one commenting on their pathetically rude employees and incompetence. Guess I'm just joining the club. Don't use this pharmacy Louisville. They will screw things up for you and then attempt to place the blame on you for their incompetence.

The pharmacy window is always closed! It forces sick, disabled, or elderly people in the store which doesn't make any sense! I'm contacting Corporate office. There has to be a better solution than requiring sick people to come in the store in the middle of freezing temperatures.

There are certain techs that are very rude. One tech does not ask for ID when you pick up controlled substances and when I picked up my daughters cream from the exact same tech, I got home and realized it had not been reconstituted by the pharmacist. So I guess pay attention if you get creams and liquids that they don't need to be reconstituted or you may have to make another trip down there....unless you can do it yourself.

Very disorganized. Several times I’ve had to make three trips to get a single prescription. They’ve lost prescriptions in their system, never follow up with contacting the doctor, they show that the prescription is filled but can’t find it, the list goes on. Would not recommend this pharmacy unless you enjoy being frustrated.

I have had many encounters with the extremely rude staff. I was told that my medication had to be ordered. I asked if they could partially fill my prescription and I was told that they didn’t have any of my medication at all. This is after I requested the refill several days ago. I called back and spoke to another employee and I was told that they had the medication and they could partially fill the prescription. This is just one incident but over the years I have been a customer I have dealt with many rude employees. I am planning on transferring my prescriptions to CVS.

Always so nice and fast! They can occasionally get backed up, but the line goes fast! They do their best and I'm grateful for the staff at local Kroger Stony Brook pharmacy!

Horrible customer service. Rude employees and to top it off the drive through is never open. Had covid and needed my prescription and wanted to do the right thing by not going into the store but couldn't. I asked if they could give me my prescription through the window to avoid exposing anyone. Was told if I wanted my meds I needed to come Inside. Wasn't nice about it either. Very rude.

They need to get their act together. Had a prescription called in at 2:00 and went to pick it up but was told it’d be ready in 4 hrs lol!! That’s just insane. CVS or Walgreens is 20 minutes max. Kroger’s for groceries but never getting a script there again lol.

this is a terrible pharmacy. not only are the staff rude, but they miss orders or "accidentally" cancel them. my daughter needed a medicine and it was called in one evening. I went to pick it up in the morning and was told they didn't have the prescription from the doctor. I called the doctor and they resubmitted it; I went back that afternoon and again was told they didn't receive the order. I called the doctor again and they called and spoke to the pharmacist about getting it filled asap. My husband went and had to wait in line for over 30 minutes. They again said they didn't have it, and after he complained the pharmacist remember he just spoke with the doctor... they realized the ordered had been canceled on their end by accident. Then they told him they didn't have it and it could be picked up the next day. when he asked them to transfer the prescription so we could have it tonight, they told him he would need to call to see if other pharmacies had it because they would not. it's ridiculous. Their drive thru is also closed due to low staff, but several staff were sitting around when I went inside. shameful they are prolonging medicine for people because they aren't paying attention

Shame on you Kroger!!! For months the pharmacy doesn’t have a drive through, the lines are absolutely ridiculous because you refuse to pay fair salary to your employees! You take advantage of those few loyal pharmacy workers who still stick around to serve the community and you are burning them out! Out of the billions you pocket each year don’t be so greedy and share some of that money to those people who has made you who you are! Without those employees you would be nothing!

Such an inadequate pharmacy. They need more staff, it's a literal mess behind the counter, they scramble through the medication like it has no organization, severely undersupplied, and the miscommunication is undescribable.

Have been to pharmacy to pick up my dog's script 3 days in a row. Twice the stuff wasn't ready. 2nd time Pharmacist gave me 2 days worth. 3rd time still not ready because they were out of the drug. I would think that the pharmacist would have known that they were running out as he gave me some to tide me over. The drive through is never open. The line for the pharmacy was so long it stretched into the clothing area. This place is the worst I have ever seen.
