The Rx has got the worst customer My prescriptions was supposed to be ready and available for pick 4/15/25 after five o'clock 2 days later they still unavailable I never received a text are an email to let me know about my prescription status When I called to inquire about my prescriptions I spoke with Rose one of the pharmacist she was very rude I ask to speak with a manager she put on another pharmacist who spelled his name as OKey he was even rider than she was When I ask what was his role their he said he was a patient they rest of the people in the background was laughing at this man's bad behavior. I then tried to reach out to CEO of Kroger His Name is Ronald Sargent who is serving as Interim CEO and Chairman of the Board Since Rodney Mcmultens was investigated for his personal conduct resigned last month March 3,2025 I was unable to speak with him at 1-800-576-4377 Instead got a woman by the name of Joana she and I got disconnected or something because I never got to speak with Mr Ronald Sargent acting as Interim CEO and a automated recording ask me if I would like to speak to The representative I spoke to regarding the behavior of Rose and Okey at the Pleasure Ridge Branch Rx 7905 Terry Rd Louisville,Ky 40258 they used to have excellent Rx service I was proud to be their customer Now I am Ashamed Our Pharmacy is a very important role .The level of disrespect the RX at 7509 Terry Rd Louisville Kentucky 40258 is doing it's unthinkable!!!

My Husband went on February 13 to by a small Bouquet of Flowers for Valentine's day most of the flowers where Carnations and 2 roses with greenery they charged him $68.00 without a Vase that's outrageous i made him take them back i would never buy Flowers from there again.

Terrible shopping experience! This store makes you in-store purchase soap! You also have to chase someone down to buy soap. The ear tips were in the eye/ear ilse, now they are with the saop. Whole new self checkout that is always closed. Self check out line down the dog food isle waiting for self checkout, when they should have made it the holiday isle, which one ilse over and wider. Simply moving the shelf about 5 feet, transitioning the wider holiday isle in-line with the self checkout would have made too much sense.
