This place could stand to stay open until 11 PM. I go in there every night in the last hour to 30 minutes and it seems like black Friday at the registers. People are having to take full carts with 50 items through the self checkout lane. They close one side of the self checkout lane so there’s only 4 available and there’s a line of 10 people standing around waiting. All in a hurry because they close at 10. Dear higher-ups, you need to hear me when I say you could stand to stay open until 11. Other than that, the team members are great everyone’s nice Store is always clean. But it’s a huge miss that it closes when it does. It’s an inconvenience to everyone. And it’s very stressful to the two remaining employees

Excellent! Everytime I go here I always get great service. Janet, the cashier is super friendly, fast and knows her stuff! Aaron, the courtesy clerk always helpful! By far the best Kroger.

Security did not guide me towards the kiosk he just pointed at it and stayed at the exit and acted like he was supposed to be there with three other security guards at the exit. The cashier's will never say anything besides hello, I AM Not HELL I DO NOT GIVE A CARE IF YOU TAKE HELLO A DIFFERENT WAY THAT IS HOW I TAKE HELLO! I called the black kid bagging my stuff sir and man, and he said no problem. WHY SHOULD I BE TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT AFTER SITTING AT THE DMV WAITING IN THE RAIN FOR HOURS JUST TO SHOW UP TO KROGERS AND BE TREATED LIKE A THIEF!!! never going to another Krogers again

I love Kroger usually, but I have to sadly give a negative review. I suffer from chronic low blood pressure and absolutely cannot walk around the store and must use a sit down automatic cart to shop. And of course, like always, there were none available. I asked an attendant about it and they kinda laughed and said the store only has 3 and none were available. I managed to find one dead one in the parking lot. I just ended up going to Meijer because they always have them available. Meijer would probably like to thank you for sending them a customer today.
Eta: I ended up spending $219 at Meijer. That was money I had originally Intended to spend at Kroger.

I wish they weren’t getting rid of most of their vegetarian frozen meals options that I take to work (Amy’s is too expensive) and it’s hard to pop in in the morning bf work because they don’t open until 7. Meijer is open earlier and has more options.

It used to be great, but recently they’ve spent all of their money on hiring security guards instead of cashiers to actually ring people out. The self-scan checkout are usually the only registers open, so the line is always backed up. Once you’ve scanned all of your groceries, the one employee they still have will come make sure you scanned everything correctly.

This pharmacy used to be great and lately it’s gone down hill. Prescriptions are taking days to be filled, nobody ever answers the phone when you try to get a status update. I’ve had to go in multiple times to ask when my prescription would be ready and they either say “oh well fill it now” or “your insurance is only covering half” ok great so why wouldn’t you have called me to discuss this? I have an autoimmune disease and I need my medication, this pharmacy makes it hard to get your medication. I had an issue back in the summer when I went to refill a medication, they said I was out a refills until October, which made no sense because I just got the first bottle. They said they would have to pull the video surveillance, they pull it and told me they gave me 3 bottles of the medication, o had to inform them those other two bottles were other medications I was on, so they had me bring in the medicine I was needing refilled and realized they made a mistake. I mean really, what’s going on with this pharmacy? It used to be quick and great about keeping you in the know.
