Probably the WORST Kroger branch in Kentucky. The people that work there are indifferent to those whom ask them the most basic of questions about their products, the customer service is either always closed or has a very long line. There's never enough cashiers during peak hours & if you find having to locate a shipping cart difficult... I would suggest going to the Bardstown location of Kroger, as it's like night and day in comparison. I dread going to this Kroger as you are forced to deal with employees that openly just don't care about customer service. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE!!

I used the Uscan to purchase a dozen eggs. The machine malfunctioned after I put $0.50-$1into it. The attendant came over and pushed some buttons then said she'd have to check me out a her station. She told the next person that Uscan was card only. She rang me up and said that will be $2.49(original price). I said I already money in that machine(0.50-$1). She said "I don't know what happened, $2.49". I ask if the machine was card only when I was using it, She said "no". So after a deep breath I paid for the eggs and left. She wasn't nasty about it, but my issue is this. If,I tried to steal the eggs there would've been a scene and public embarrassment. If I'd have held up the line it would have most likely caused a scene and public embarrassment. I only reason for the 3 stars is because it's Christmas eve. My present to you West Broadway Kroger

Pan handlers out front and in the parking lot. Sale tickets on products no longer on sale when you check out. Recently started stopping customers and wanting to check their receipts on the way out all of which are annoying but this is the Kroger closest to me so I dealt with it but the reason for my bad review is tonight I was stopped by a security guard and told I couldn’t enter the store because they were closed even tho it was only 8:44, the sign in the window right next to him clearly said closing time was at 9.

I was just turned away by a security guard a full 20 mins before 9:00. I feel 9 is an early closing time but I understand it. To turn me and others away 20 mins before the posted closing time is crazy with the west end being the food desert that it is. I now have to drive 20 mins just to get hamburger to cook my supper. I didn’t like when they started having customers stopped by the guards while leaving the store but I could deal with it but to deny me entry at 8:40 when the posted closing time is 9 is beyond stupid. And since I’m already leaving a review I’ll note that I hate being hounded for change in the parking lot on my way to and from the store.

Can't get anyone on the phone, not bakery not deli not even a manager. Horrible customer service. Been calling the store 1130am til 227 pm not one person has picked up the phone. Call out central ave, she has an attitude but at least she picked up the phone. Smh. Open interviews on Tuesday get there the manager called in, so no interview.. put an application in "we decided to go with another candidate" bs...
I'm still sitting on hold now. Just trying to order a cake, by the time I get off work there's no one in the bakery to take orders. This so sad and frustrating frfr

Where do I begin? Shopping at this Kroger is a dismal experience every single time. As a resident of the west end of Louisville this place is located in the most convenient area. However the staff is disrespectful at check out. They raise their prices every month they are not helpful it seems like the staff doesn’t come to work to work. They are argumentative dismissive lazy. This Kroger has rotten fruit horrible customer service long lines and hateful staff. I never have a good shopping experience they have a residential panhandling problem in the parking lot thank goodness they have a police officer there daily. But wow they have a police officer daily. I’ve complained to the managers every time I’ve had an issue and they have listened. I’ve also spoken with Kroger’s corporate headquarters about this issue on numerous occasions. At this point I’m just going to shop somewhere else because it’s a real problem when you go shopping with your hard earned money in an establishment that doesn’t respect you. I know I’m just one person and they could care less about getting my money and losing my money. But if more people understand that they don’t have to give any establishments money and get disrespect as change. They are a shabby branch and they have inferior products and they should just clean house or just close. I stand on this statement ten toes down!!! Clean up or get out!!

I love this Kroger location. They are always packed but always well stocked, the other store in the neighborhood should take notes. My family surprised me with this amazing rainbow cupcakes for my 30th birthday. I cried I loved it. 😁 😊 It was bright, the cupcakes were soft and fluffy, and the icing was delicate whipped cream, and the white clouds had edible pearls in them. We always use this bakery for our families birthday and the custom cakes are so great and get better by the years, I love there variety.

I will never go to Krogers store number 327 that is at 2710 West Broadway Louisville KY because management won't even let cashier's go get cigarettes for customers when customer service is closed all the time

You all had chicken on sale for 5-10$ for wings & drumstick they had to be OLD it didn’t smell right after cooking or trying to eat like it was old and chewy yall DEAD WRONG !!! Ill never come back my family could’ve been sick 07/10/24
