Quickly becoming the worst Kroger in the city. Store seems dirty and cluttered aisles. Eliminated some self check outs so always a line trying to get out regardless of time of day.. smaller store but always was decent place to shop but has gone down in last year

Cigarette butts everywhere outside front door, aisles dirty with paper and leaves and empty boxes. I’ve mentioned this to management before but it gets fixed then digresses. Parking lot is worse. Paper, empty beer cans, old shirts, empty carts. Is it like this at Holiday Manor? Doubt it. You have poor management and employees at this store who go through the motions. Apparently no one cares, including home office. You can do better. So why persist with your below average performance day in and day out? It really isn’t a hard fix.

DO NOT COME HERE TO CASH ANYTHING. Lottery, money orders, etc… I received 2 fake 100 bills from this location. I tried to cash them at the bank and they told me they were fake. I then came back to this location where the rude old lady with gray hair told me I didn’t get them here, even though she was the one to hand them to me. Very disappointed in this place. Not sure if she was trying to make some money for herself or trying to get rid of the fakes they have but whatever it is, there no excuse.

I sure wish Kroger would do something about the SEWER GASES escaping into the store, in the back by the dairy section.

This Kroger has truly gone downhill since the old manager Ashley left. It’s truly a shame because the hard work of many people such as Amanda, and Garrick are overshadowed by the pathological rudeness from workers such as Nancy and Charlotte. It’s deeply saddening, as they paint all union workers in a bad light with their atrocious attitudes and dedication to giving the abjectly worst customer service experience possible. I can simply no longer justify buying overpriced groceries if it’s at the price of common decency and human respect. Real bummer.

Customer service absolutely terrible.. waited at the counter for 15mins after someone said they would be right there. Just for some else to come back and say OH I’m going on break. Sorry 😢.

Ordered pickup for 5pm then was told it wasnt ready then, waited for hour and a half then people beside me got there order about 6:50, but had waited since 4pm. At about 7:15 an employee came out to say I can either wait an additional hour or come back the next day, so if you order pick up keep in mind the potential to wait 2-3 hours and not even get your order, insane

This Kroger is a smaller Kroger and doesn't carry a very good variety of items. I'm their defense, some may consider them rare items such as fresh Italian loaf of bread or cojita cheese. Nevertheless, they didn't carry it which was frustrating.

There are some really really nice cashiers here. I always have a good experience up until the last three visits. There is a tall blonde manager that is constantly shouting at all of the employees. She is like an unpleasant drill sergeant. She was bagging my groceries and yelling and employees while standing a foot away from my Autistic child that is highly sensitive to noise. She needs to learn maturity and how to conduct herself in public around customers. I’m sure she is a nightmare to work with. No wonder this location always has “ now hiring “ signs.
