The pharmacy is horrible at this location they don't have the medicine prescribed or they tell you it's not ready until a later date and when you get home they call and say it's readyThe way that they speak to you is horrible just for wanting information very unprofesdional

Love the staff at Murray's Cheese, especially Mike and Michael, the only thing I am not a fan of is coming in December. The bell ringers from the Salvation Army are rude and unprofessional, I cannot stand them and have to run past them to shop especially when they think I have coffee for them when I walk in with my order.

I don’t usually leave reviews for grocery stores but I felt I had to for this store and for good reason. I was very impressed with how well stocked and organized it was. I came in for a few specific things but I found items that I normally don’t find at my regular store. I’ll definitely come back here for my full grocery trip.

I go to Kroger's on Sunday morning at 10am and they had ONE cashier. There were about 20 people standing in line. The self check out had about 30 people in line waiting to check out. Over the past 3 or 4 month's everytime I go into the store they are short staffed and it takes forever to check out. For me this was the icing on the cake. I will not go back to this store again.

The deli meals look like they've been sitting out for 6 hours. It's disgusting and probably a health violation.Sadly this review won't let me add photos

This has been my Kroger for probably 20 years. At this point, I'm sorry to say I do the majority of my shopping at Target across the street and I'll definitely be checking out Publix when it opens. There are constant inventory issues and they no longer carry some of their own PS products. Sad, but true.

Check sale item shelf tag for sale expiration date before buying. It can be frustrating buying items marked on shelf as sale price to find out after checkout, or after getting home, the sale price did not register but the regular price did register at checkout. This sale tag expiration has happened three times at three different Kroger's, and I must remember to now check the date of expiration on the sale price on the shelf tag. When going back to check the date price tags on shelves a recent purchases, I have learned the tags have not been removed timely and the sale price has expired. After years of checking those tags, especially before covid, my experience was the tags were typically accurate. But recently three times in three different stores I forgot to check the tag expiration and sure enough after checking out the sale price did not ring up. I would walk back to check the tag to see it it expired. After this happening the third time I will now begin checking those tags again before taking item off shelves, unless it's an item I really don't care if it is or isn't on sale. Good luck!

Used to be my go-to for groceries, but has fallen off badly in the past year or so. Stock especially on sale items is always questionable, produce is iffy and inconsistent with lots of flies, and self-check is the only option most of the time.Biggest issue recently is the hours -- when is this store actually open? Posted hours online and on-site are 6am-11pm, but has been closed at or before 9pm multiple times in the past few weeks. Pulled in at 8:50pm last night, and was met with a dozen confused would-be customers and locked doors. If I can't even count on your store being open during posted hours, there's no reason to go there.Going to Holiday Manor in the future or Westport since it just got remodeled.

They have a really great selection of everything and the store is clean and organized. The floor employees I interacted with were outstanding! Mike in the deli/bakery area is a superstar! Knowledgeable and professional and very friendly and welcoming!!The only thing disagreeable about this store are the cashiers. They are some of the most rude and/or apathetic people I have had to deal with, who make people feel like a burden for shopping there.I have now resorted to using U-scan to have minimal interactions with any of them, but even many of the U-scan employees have become very negative. So, if you can tolerate being made to feel like you are an inconvenience to the people at the checkouts, this is one of the top Kroger stores in the city, otherwise.

Really nice store. Very clean. Aisles were wide enough. Good selection.

I grocery shop one a week and have been going to this store for years. But recently the service has declined in the near department and the delivery. You never know the hours I have can in with them randomly closed or today with the deli service member telling me she cannot wait on me due to her having to clean the machines so she doesn't get overtime after I stood in line. I have been overcharged in the deli 4 out of 5 of the last times I have found them open. So sad they cannot have consisted hours and decent service. I will not be back

Saw managers out working picking up carts and working inside store. That's pretty impressive to me. Very friendly and nice neighborhood Kroger
