Is this a prison or a grocery store? I shouldn't have to checkout 3 times. Once at the pharmacy, then because I picked up a $5 bar of soap, where the employee refuses to checkout the 3 other items I had, then I have to wait in another 20 minute line because they won't hire enough employees to fully staff the actual checkouts.
This is the only Kroger that I've ever seen where you have to pay as you leave a certain dept. But, you can go around the corner and pick up something that cost 10x as much with no problem.
The self checkout employees are consistently rude and have been on numerous occasions. They got rid of the hand baskets and never have carts inside. This is the worst Kroger I've ever been to!

Racist customers and employees, as we were finishing our usual shopping one of the self check outs was unusually long while the other only had a couple people in it we always seen the two lane as different lines and used them a such and we’ve never had a complaint rather people doing the same as us. After awaiting our turn and start scanning someone yelled out we had cutted the line, I simply stated we waited in line and continued on. Moments later an employee walked up telling us to get out, I simply said this is a different line we waited in what was the problem and all I got was go on and leave. Just wanting to get home we complied, as we were leaving the employee started segregating the big line into 3 line just like we already started. I see no reason why we were removed other than I look different from the customer and employee, the employee should be fired for his racist ignorance and treating customers poorly.

Love our local Kroger. however lines are always long and not many lanes open. Carts can also be hard to get at times.

I go there every Saturday at 7am and have always liked this place but recently have had problems the men’s restroom next to Starbucks the handicap stall has been out of order for 3 weeks today there no donuts there also seems to be low stock on other items pretty disappointing

The uscans are some of the most aggravating pieces of technology. Every 3 items and it calls a cashier over. Doesn’t matter if it’s a order or 5 items or 50. They only open 3 lanes despite the lines wrapping around and the everything is overpriced.

Tryed calling to find out prices on turkeys and ham went threw everyone even the manager and was not answered was hung up on or sat ther for a while and got a busy signal 🙄 😒

Every day the service gets worse in this Kroger, to start I had to get a cart from the parking lot cause there wasn’t any available a the entrance, then when I was paying the self check out cashier got blocked asking for an employee to come, I called for an employee and there were two of them with one foot literally on the wall doing nothing telling me I had to wait cause the guy in charge of that area was busy, I don’t know how they are supposed to work but it didn’t look like right for me, will start buying from Meijer, their employees are much better, times changed around here.

Do not get nothing from the deli it's sad they say they have no way of answering your call you must go in and order your plate the managers were very rude there's no team lead there at all do not buy nothing from the deli it's terrible

Very bad experience today I went to collect money that was sent to me by western unior and there was an employee who did not want to assist me because she did not speak Spanish, a lot of racism, I even spoke with supervisors I hope measures are taken about it.
