Every time I've been in this bank I have always experienced great service. The problem lies with their internet banking mobile app. I was never notified through email or text message before all L&N online banking had to be shutdown for four days. 9/28/23 - 10/02/23. I think everyone uses online banking nowadays as a way to make sure they stay on budget. I have a wedding in 12 days, and for the first time in six years my card declined today. I planned on taking money from my savings and then couldn't by phone or Internet.. Here soon I will be switching to a different bank because of this... I'm sorry but if you shut down for 4 days and don't tell anyone that is a issue...

Poor service. I closed my account over a year ago with L & N. To just find out today that they didn't fully close my account like I told them over a year ago. When I asked why not closed like I said a year ago. The refused to answer & said have a nice day then hung up.

Will never take a loan out with them again! Took over six months to close on a re-finance, had constant issues throughout and customer service was abysmal. Constant excuses for delays and incorrect numbers! Credit score issue took over a year to resolve. Management is terrible (Dixie Hwy branch).

I went to this bank as a favor for a family member- to pay a bill. I had the money and knew a bit of her info to verify it was the correct account. Easy enough! The teller I worked with was friendly. Also, being the only customer in the bank, I was in and out in no time. The bank is a bit set back from the main road, thus you'll likely see the sign at the road for L&N before you see the building itself. That said, it was easy to get to. I don't see myself going back anytime soon as I don't have an account there (and I prefer online bill pay) but I can see why my family member has an account here!
