My family has literally been using L&N since it began. (My grandfather worked for the railroad!) They have great customer service and rates. I have no plans to ever switch to another bank.

I’ve never had issues with banking with L&N, but I was very disappointed to see during the hite of the delta variant in Kentucky not a single staff was wearing a mask. I was so uncomfortable I almost left. With Kentucky having the highest rates of hospitalization in the country, L&N you should do better, regardless of vaccination status in staffing.

I LOVE our Williamsburg branch! Each and every one of the ladies and gentlemen that work there are so kind and friendly. They know you by name and your kids names. They make it a point to go above and beyond for you. This is the absolute BEST bank I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot say enough good things about them all.

This is a great credit union. Everyone is very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly to work with. I have never had a bad experience in the five years I have been a member. They always go above and beyond to assist a member with any concerns or problems they may have.

Very upset with L&N I have had nothing but good service up until today. I absolutely do Not recommend them any longer and will be switching banks. Thanks for not even attempting to help a health care worker who got scammed during this Pandemic. I will switch ASAP!

Stop reordering customer's transactions, triggering and charging overdraft fees. If the bank just followed the order in what the transactions were made, those overdrafts would not happened. Some would say that is the cursomer's fault, but in reality it is not a matter of lack of budgeting, or managing your bank accounts. These bank practices make it impossible for the customer to have a budget, and balance bank accounts. I hope somebody would do something.
