No complaints here! Front desk staff was pleasant and Emerald took my blood and was very sweet, didn't feel it at all! I will definitely come back to this location.

Waste of time. Showed up here for drug screen they turned me away because a few boxes weren't checked on form. Even tho account number and job info was clealry on form. Ultra petty. Wanted me to waste My time jump thru hoops and and come back even tho I Drove 30 miles to get there. Were too concerned with getting lunch and gossiping about random stuff.Drove 20 mins up the road to a 2nd location was seen same day no issues. Go figure. Front desk and doc need to be let go. Skip this location if you value friendliness and your time.

Excellent experience all around. Staff is kind, patient, and professional. Emerald drew my blood and it was absolutely the most painless experience I have ever had having blood drawn .

It would seem that Labcorp drivers are EXEMPT from following traffic LAWS on weekends. The drivers run red traffic lights, tail gate and exceed speed limits. I have also noticed a couple drivers with kids on board.

I have been to numerous LabCorp facilities in a few states for some routine lab work I have to get throughout the year. This one is the best I’ve been to. Very quick service, rarely crowded and the staff is friendly.

I received service from Ashley T. and Kayla at this location. They were both very respectful of my religious exemption and fast. I couldn’t even feel the needle Kayla used to draw my blood go into my arm. A+ to them both! ??????

Every person I interacted with this morning was incredibly polite and prompt. Big surprise for a Saturday morning! The phlebotomist was GOOD too! I always have to be stuck multiple times to get a draw, but she stuck me once and had eight tubes drawn in less that three minutes.

I had to have blood drawn today and everyone was so kind. The lady drawing my blood did so well I didn't feel ANYTHING. she was so sweet! So was the lady at the front desk! The only downside there were 2 women waiting for their blood draw and didnt have masks covering their mouth or nose, and no one said anything about it, one woman was coughing. I about died. Other than that, go to this location! :)

The staff was the rudest experience I've ever had. Literally fast food workers are 100x nicer than these PROFESSIONALS. They referred to me as "that girl" and was extremely rude and sarcastic. Definitely do not recommend.

I went through all the necessary steps to set up an appointment online in advance for my husband to have blood drawn at LabCorp on Doctor Arla Way. Unfortunately, this seems to have made absolutely no difference. When we arrived and I went inside to inquire regarding my inability to notify them of his arrival via text, I was “greeted” by a very unhappy-looking and disinterested young lady at reception. She looked glum, annoyed, and even though masks are still required in medical facilities, hers was around her neck. When the check-in was straightened out (after I pushed for her to help me as she attempted to dismiss my question), I returned to the car.We almost immediately received a text in our car stating these words: “your technician is ready to see you.” That was at 9:47 a.m. He went immediately inside. An hour later at 10:47 a.m. he was still sitting in their waiting room, having made zero progress other than them confirming he was indeed in line (it was in no way crowded). The rest of the staff was friendly to him, he stated (I waited in the car), especially the phlebotomist. We appreciated this small courtesy. His blood was drawn 55 minutes after receiving the text stating his technician would see him now. This place is horrible. We used it because it is relatively close to us.The shopping center where it’s located is pretty awful, also. The spots are poorly marked and the handicapped spots are small with faded paint. The asphalt is in disrepair. The lab itself is drab and depressing. None of that would matter to any degree if: 1) the check-in receptionist had not been rude and dismissive, and, 2) if they did not make checking in impossibly complicated by misleading patients who have appointments set in advance that they would be seen quickly (as they stated in their text to my husband). If they had had an emergency we would have understood any delays; they did not.I’ll probably have to return there in the future or drive across town. I hope the next time is somewhat less disappointing and frustrating.
