Not good! Made an appointment, arrived on time, Mary sitting at reception desk tells me to sign in & says NOTHING else. 30 minutes later I ask & she says she hasn't processed me at all because the system is down. Says she couldn't read my name... if Mary can't read handwriting but patient physically standing 5 ft away wearing neon green couldn't she ask?? But yet she manually processed other people ahead - 😯. So disorganized no protocol, a horrible experience. WORST Labcorp location if you at all value your time & care about professionalism, no reason to take appts if not going to follow them. Need a professional efficient process to follow when "system is down" to still stay on schedule and handle appts. Another guy was waiting 45 minutes. 😑 If they can't keep up with the people physically in the lobby then how can anyone rely on them to keep up with your paperwork. Have used LabCorp several times over the years, I will NEVER come back. 😡

I love the attention and speed, before going I saw several ugly comments and I was terrified but nothing to do with it, don't pay much attention to negative comments, I didn't feel any pain when they inserted the needle, I realized when I was already inside

I read dozens of reviews before scheduling at this location for my lab work. Went in very wary and hesitant. I fully expected a hellish experience, but that wasn't the case. Thank goodness, because like most people I can't stand needles or unfriendly business staff.
My experience was a positive one. The wait was only about 20 minutes. Check-in was quick and easy. Waiting area was clean and uncluttered. Staff was really friendly and answered all my questions over the phone the day before I had my lab work done. The phlebotomist was awesome. I didn't feel the stick and he collected the samples quickly.
So, overall, a 4-Star experience! Took off one star for the 15-20 minute wait. Otherwise, nothing bad to say about this Labcorp location!

Made an appointment online Monday for 1:30 Tuesday, and it could not have been a better experience. I was able to check in by phone while in my car. No wait. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Barely a tiny pinch on the blood draw. Don't be put off by the bad reviews. This lab was awesome.

I arrived on time and checked in before the appointment was due. But due to the volume of people, when it was my turn they did not attend to me because they said that my turn had been in place 12 minutes ago, and I had arrived and my time had registered before it expired. I wasted time here but I'll make my next appointment somewhere else.

Megan did a great job I barely felt her draw blood. She and Ms Mary at the front desk were so friendly and kind. The place was clean and I waited only 10 minutes...

Was in and out within ten minutes. I didn't have to wait very long. The receptionist was kind and also took my blood. The place was very clean and I had a positive experience. I'd recommend anyone to come here.

I am beyond angry right now. I spent almost $200 for a hair test for myself. The lady admitted she didn't know what she was doing and then she didn't even attempt to follow the directions. I paid for a hair analysis which is supposed to be cut as close to the scalp as possible and test 1.5 in in length. As you can see in the photo there is at least an inch of hair left behind so the test is useless unless they redo it. And they better. I was only there yesterday so my hair hasn't grown. And on top of that she cut it on my crown instead of hidden in the back and I just had to pay $300 at a salon to color and cut my hair to attempt to hide it. And that huge chunk of hair she cut can't be hidden. I'm beyond angry.
