If I could select more stars, I would! I have dealt with a lot of insurance professionals over the years and Lisa was unique. She listened, she understood, she responded, she called after 5pm multiple times, she knew what was needed and she is a true professional. We have been clients of Lisa Sam's and State Farm Insurance for over 25 years. I would definitely recommend her for your insurance needs. Lisa and her staff are so easy to deal with and are very accommodating. Dealing with insurance issues are never fun but Lisa makes it bearable. I am sure that Lisa is the best agent out there.

After being with my former insurance provider for 24 years we had to switch to add a new young driver (which they would not do). Working with Aaron we were able to add our new driver and save over $2000 with more coverage than we had before. I definitely recommend.

I have been with Lisa Sam's for over 30 years. We have a great experience with State Farm. We have filed a few claims over the years and it was great, they paid for everything and there was no hassle. They have always been there for us. Making sure that whatever was damaged was taking care of.

Had them for years. Service and customer service is great. State Farm charges way too much for our insurance. If it weren’t for that I may never leave State Farm but it’s time to shop around. But these people are very good and will help if they can.

I wholeheartedly recommend this insurance agent and company. Through all my years of dealing with insurance on cars and real estate, this contact has provided me with the most polite, effective, and genuinely pleasant service. A different company would need to offer me the same or better coverage for half the price for me to even consider it. Much like a landlord, with insurance you are often at their mercy. I feel safe and comfortable with these individuals that my property and loved ones will be taken care of in the case of tragedy.

Lisa Sams State Farm is AMAZING! First, their customer service is unmatched. I recently had a billing error that I would not have caught but rest assured, Karen at State Farm did! She took it upon herself to notify us and correct everything! Over the years, our experiences with State Farm have been peaceful every single time. The agency has been there for our every need, every life change and have been quick to respond and very informative each step of the way. In one instance, I was going to lose my 'drive safe and save' discount because it had disconnected from my account. Karen was right there to notify me in advance to keep me from incurring charges. I don't know how they do it but they deliver unmatched client experiences repeatedly. We continue to be blessed by State Farm!
