Huge place bigger than expected. The venue makes you feel like your under the stars when you're not. Beautiful venue.

The venue is horrible. The price for a 12 Oz bottle of water was $8 . Everybody stands the entire production, so you can't see, and the main event was extremely lackluster. I wouldn't go see Elvis there. It was raining on KC AND THE SUNSHINE BAND.

I had a wonderful time meeting Ledisi. The concert was fabulous. Raheem sang, a true entertainer with his musical instrument, his voice. Ledisi, OMG, she is a powerhouse. Her voice is like hearing the ringing of beautiful church bells.

Great atmosphere! Wonderful show! Loved seeing Bob Dylan! A legend in a great, intimate venue. I have never seen a bad show at the Palace.

I’m so glad I got to see Bob Dylan but Louisville Palace is not a venue I can see myself going back to. Bob Dylan aside, this was the worst concert experience I’ve ever had. From the one $15 drink, to which the bartender says, “But it’s like getting two beers.” Okay so I paid $7.50 each for two regular size cans of beer ??♂️, not any better. Then the rudest bunch of concert goers, the worst of which was cousin Eddie and his family in Orchestra 1 Row Q seats 11-13, who were wallowing around half the concert like a bunch of feral hogs, talking like they were yelling from room to room, cell phones out shining lights all around while we were made to put ours in a magnet case, while they’re looking for another cell phone, not in a magnetic case, that they lost somewhere, and even after they ruled out it being there in the seating area they argued about it for 20 more minutes . Not one usher, security member saying or doing anything about them. We finally had to say something. Add to that all the people in and out like a subway station because they can’t just sit quietly and patiently for the short amount of time the concert is going on. I can’t say I’ll never go back to LP but it’s unlikely not for what we paid and the experience we had, over $300 for seats to see and hear half a concert. For as many people as were out there making sure phones were in bags, once the concert started some of them should have been inside the theater keeping control of people like Cousin Eddie and his feral family. This was more like being at a horse track or NASCAR race then being at a concert. The LP was designed back in a time when there was intermission, everyone got up at the same time, got food, drinks and used the bathroom. Now people just need to learn to do that stuff before they go in. If you can’t hold it for two hours, go see a doctor. Louisville Palace, you have a responsibility to control the atmosphere of the concert. Had you had people monitoring you could have prevented a lot of the commotion going on like Cousin Eddie, my goodness talking loudly and shining cell phones all over for at least a half hour should have got someone’s attention, heck I’ll bet Bob Dylan and the band could see and hear them. Do better! I shout have had a better experience for spending what I did.
