Jim Powell is an amazing and caring landlord, and helped us find a wonderful apartment after our extremely stressful cross-country move. Professional and kind, Jim made sure that he understood our needs, and went out of his way to make sure that not only were our needs met, but that we felt welcome in our new city. Any repairs or help that we needed with the property was taken care of promptly, and he's extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I've never had a landlord be this exceptional in what they do, and it's been a true pleasure to work with him and his team.

My wife and I have moved a lot in the past 5 years and have rented from 3 different property managers during that time. Based on my experiences with all three without a doubt Louisville Properties and Jim Powell are the best we have had dealings with. He is accessible, responsive and a genuinely wonderful person. The property we rented was amazing, the move in and move out process is easy. I cannot recommend Louisville Properties enough and Jim Powell is just a topnotch individual.

Jim was absolutely outstanding! After weeks of deing with scammers on Facebook Marketplace, I finally sought out a professional to help me find a home to rent. Jim was our property manager for the year we rented when relocating from Washington State. We have been so appreciative of the way Jim has treated us over the past year. There were no issues with the property, so we had nothing to report to fix. We did have two occasions we needed guidance about adding convinience items for our own preference. Jim was very quick to respond to all communications when we reached out to him. I had a wonderful experince with Jim Powell and Louisville Properties as a resident. Communication was never an issue and response time to any issues that I experienced during the course of my rental were always addressed promptly. I would still be a resident if it weren't for my relocation out of state for work.I would recommend Louisville Properties to anyone looking for a reputable property management company to anyone for a great place to call home.
