Went to store ready to buy in Louisville, KY today. Very poor experience. Will need to find another city. Salesperson was on the cell phone, dealing with a personal matter, while attempting to convince us they could assist us at the same time.

We purchased a sectional early Dec. I wasn’t told that it would arrive in 20+ boxes and need to be built. Ok fine. I hired a handyman to help just to discover that all the pieces aren’t here and some still haven’t let the warehouse. I ordered the most common color as I was told it was “available”. Two months after purchase I have garage full of boxes and a living room with 30+ sofa pieces sitting in a pile that can’t be assembled as I don’t have covers. Please ask all the question before you believe the sales pitch. I’ll add that my biggest complaint is that I wasn’t told any of this before we purchased. Also other than calling and asking I don’t know of a way to know when all the parts have arrived

My husband & I bought a lovesac online a few years ago. One of our cats was experiencing some medical issues and soiled a section of the sac one night. It soaked through the cover, the liner, and into the foam filling. The store manager, Mary, reached out and couldn't have been more helpful. If you have kids or pets, I would recommend using a mattress protector to cover your liner in the event of an accident.

We drove the 2 hours to this store as we wanted to make sure we knew what we were ordering. The staff was absolutely wonderful and even with us, ok me, changing my mind on several occasions they showed a lot of patience. I can not wait to see the final product once it gets here.

The staff (Justin) was knowledgeable and courteous. He was thorough in explaining the various options and layouts for the Sactional. The other staff was just as engaging. Great experience!

Justin was very knowledgeable and provided all the answers to our questions. No heavy sales pitch. We don’t live in the local area but saw the store in the mall and was curious.We will order Lovesac in a few weeks once we know our move in date of our new home.Because of Justin’s approach we will call to order with him instead of the state we are moving to later this month.

The Love Sac ‘s Staff are very knowledgeable of the products. They were very patience, assistance, informative, and understanding while we were in the midst of reconstruction in our home. As factors such as timing to receive the sofas, discounts (in addition recognition to the military discount too) and debate to sofas elsewhere were vital to our decision to purchase from Love Sac! On an endnote, as I shared with Love Sac’s representative, I appreciate that they ‘Thanked Us’ for doing business with them! We have yet to hear from the floor company whom we just had business with. So, kudos to Love Sac! Mannerisms & quality goes hand in hand with us! Thanks to the staff & our initial contact Axl! (Apologize for being lengthy!)
