With big box stores it seems some locations are better than others. I do prefer lowes over others as they make their VA discounts easier to use.

Turns out they have a 90 day return policy that they don’t tell you about until it’s too late. Can’t even get in store credit.
My kitchen burned down a few months ago and it’s been catch up ever since, but big box hardware store doesn’t care.
I will not be shopping at Lowe’s ever again. Looks like the local hardware stores are going to be getting all my business going forward.

Very slow to dispatch and then so much trouble they put in place that they deliver to you the order that is not😢The truth is, friends, sorry, but it was an unpleasant experience.
