Rude customer service. Asks if we’ve been helped then doesn’t even help us; Just stands there staring at us. If you guys spend your time clipping coupons THEY DONT TAKE THEM AT LOWES! Waste of my time and money✌🏻

I want to give a greatful shout-out to Steve A for being so incredibly kind and patient with me after multiple other associates hadn't been able to help me locate the item I was searching for. I can find my way around the power tools; but apparently I require a map and a guide to locate household batteries. Steve A is awesome and deserves a raise.

Tonight will be my last time ever going to this store spent over 200.00 so this what happened first off I was looking for a nail gun so we had to go off the picture cuz they had them all in a cage.so we got someone to help us he got the box out the cage he told us we could not hold it he had to take it to the front ok we pay for our stuff we walking out the store now I see a man tap another worker so we make it out the door here come the worker asking can she see our receipt my thing is why take it to the register and still run out the store to ask for a receipt and we had other stuff in a bag meanwhile the man walking out with us didn't get stopped on top of when we get home they gave us the wrong thing
