Macy's was just Macy's, but... there was an employee who was very nice, considerate, sweet, and very helpful. However, she was coughing up both her lungs full of mucous. They should not allow their employees to work in such condition. Especially because she was elderly. She should be at home resting, drinking some tea to ease that cough. She was coughing all over the place and I understand, she just couldn't help it. Poor thing. I felt so bad for her.

Extremely abusive prices, I bought a Chanel product on the second floor and they even asked me for my store username, they did not credit my points nor did they give me the samples that other Macys stores or Chanel itself offer for a purchase of a perfume of 220 dollars that, to my surprise, are worth less in the same store. Unprofessional and unfriendly. Harassers who interrupt a conversation with your companion to sell. Let the customer ask you questions and let the customer observe what he wants. Do not harass the client by proposing perfumes, perfumes are a matter of taste, do not be so invasive.

Today after getting home 45 miles from Macy's discovered security tag attached to item. How difficult is it to remove these when ringing up item? Since not making the drive back anytime soon I'm completely out of the money spent. So annoyed, deleting app and just done with this store.

Store is filthy. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Urine all over the floor and a turd in the urinal. Starbucks cups everywhere. There's a nasty smell floating around the whole place. Macy's used to be known for being a nicer store but not anymore.

I had a wonderful experience shopping in the shoe department today. Dusanka was tremendously helpful and even stayed late to assist us with our purchase. We left with 4 pair of new shoes. Dusanka was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. She is definitely an asset to Macy's!
