Macy's customer service ONLINE is horrible. They make promises that they don't intend to keep and then act like the conversation didn't happen. They want me to return a large item after I have already spent hours putting it together when all I requested was a replacement piece. I was offered a full refund or replacement item (the entire item as they said they can't ship pieces) when I chatted with an agent. I chose a replacement and it never came. Chatted with their customer service again as there's no way to call and was told that they cannot do either of those options that I was originally promised but he would give me a $10 refund to my credit card. More weeks went by and still that $10 was not received. Chatted again with a new agent and was told it should have been a $10 gift card which was still not received. Nor wanted at this point as I don't think I'll ever shop at Macy's again.Holiday return window is supposed to be until 1/31/24 but within this time period, their website is only letting me return for a Macy's gift card which again I do not want! No wonder why they are closing 11 more stores. Macy's won't last much longer.

I like this Macy's store because of the cleanliness, and variety of products offered. However, the main reason why I keep coming back to this store is the kindness and great customer service of the employee called Zuleyha. This young lady can serve as an example to other employees.

Lady at Chanelle fragrance counter was a perfect gem! True expert, very well informed, extremely courteous and professional. Similar experience at jewelry counter. Shoe department was understaffed due to a call in, but once the 1 girl working the whole floor was free, she was extremely helpful. Good job Macy's! Your employees are certainly making you shine!

Get my perfume there every couple of years. It's a nice place, great staff. The toys r us inside is not toy's r us. It's pricey with no price tags on anything.

The only uncomfortable thing is that the perfume area,Not all of them have prices and you have to be asking prices,And it seems like the employees get upset because they have to scan to look at the price and that turns that luxurious place into an uncomfortable and unpleasant place.
