I highly recommend! I don't like taking pills or tablets, and a friend recommended the Stahist Liquid for my allergies and cough. It did the trick and tastes great without having to deal with the pills. Now when I get a flare up, I just take a teaspoon and I’m good to go.

I use to take Metanx, but a friend told me about the Nufola, & how it helped them. I switched and it works (better, really) and is at a much better price point for me.
