I bought a remote start from this Best Buy early 2017 and it has never worked right. Not only that but they've screwed up my car's electrical system. The first installer literally put the unit in with duct tape, which melted nearly catching fire and it's been downhill from there. I've been in the bay for service on it no less than 20 times, and now they don't even have an auto bay so I have to travel a half hour even to talk about it because you can't get anyone on the phone and the local store won't even give my number to a manager to call me back. It's almost 2024 and the remote start doesn't even perform any of the functions it's supposed to and my battery won't hold a charge. Electronics are expensive - don't trust your money with these jokers. If something goes wrong it's "not my problem." And you'll never get ahold of anyone who will take ownership.

Bad process, bad people.Let it be known I was able to write this review while waiting in frustration. Ordered TV online for pickup. They have inventory in stock but tell me since I ordered it 58 min before close instead of more than 1 hr (online says pickup in 1 hr) the order won't be "ready" until tomorrow. So if I want my TV today, they would need to cancel my order and then place a new order here at the store. I work in operations for a living, so efficiency is my middle name. Why the heck can they not go grab it from the back and push the order through?? It makes no sense! Greeter at the front was extremely rude about this so I went and talked to another gentlemen who was nicer and said they would go grab it. Welp... that was 20 min ago and they're about to close in 5 minutes so let's hope I get my TV today.

Unknowledgable employees and rude managers. Best Buy was, 10 years ago, the epitome of great customer service and highly knowledgeable employees. Now they're no better than your average Walmart.

4 choices of Tuners for under $1200.00 , 8 choices of Tuners for $ 1200.00 up to$ 3400.00 .A forth of the shelves were empty through the store . The widest selection they had were Lego sets, if you are looking for any reasonable Audio Tuners I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. ?

The worst customer experience I have ever had with any business, without exaggeration. I am generally not one to complain but I feel like I have to let the community know what happened in my case. -Gave me my computer back in non-working condition after a data transfer.-Wouldn't take my computer back to see what was wrong with it after they broke it (drove there with an appointment and they still would not take it to look at it).-Canceled my appointment without any notification (no text, call email, etc.) -Told me I needed and sold me a $200 hard drive that I didn't need.-When I finally got my PC working again literally all of my programs were missing. Other files were there but disorganized. -Tried to sell me the tech protection plan and straight up lied to me about the benefits. Lady said the hard drive would be free if I bought the plan, it was not. Lady was corrected by a superior and I was charged the full amount. -When I initially brought my PC in they said I could do a trade in. I wanted to make sure of this so I explicitly asked 3 different employees. The first said yes, the second said no, and the third said yes, reaffirmingly. So I bought a hard drive and data transfer. When that was done they told me they can't do a trade in, so I had to pay the full amount for the new PC. I wouldn't have bought the new PC, hard drive, and data transfer if I knew they wouldn't take my old PC.This isn't the full story. I just posted these bullets for brevity. There is a reason they have 1.07 out of 5 stars on BBB with 20K+ reviews. I am never buying anything from any Best Buy again. Best Buy, if you're reading this, don't bother apologizing to save face or offering me money or gift cards. If you offered me $1K in cash I would not take it. You had several chances throughout this ordeal to make things right, and each time you either did nothing or made the situation worse.

Bought open box 32" smart tv for my daughter's apartment and salesperson said geek squad checks product to make sure it works. Get home and screen is cracked!

Best Buy is convenient and the staff is professional. I came in on December 1st to buy an Apple Watch as a gift and a kid named Louis helped me at the counter in more than just one way. He went above and beyond to help me and he deserves a raise asap!

My husband and I were looking for a new dishwasher, did our research, found what we wanted, and then located one. We tried to call the store that showed they had one available. Before we made the hour long drive to that store we called to make sure they did have one. It sent us to a national line for all their stores. So we made the trip since it showed they did have one available only to find out they are changing how their purchases are handled and they didn't have one in stocks. If I had been able to contact the store directly I could have saved a trip.

Ad said three months free Apple TV well not really. too many hoops to get it to work and only thing received so far is spam. No place to enter code in apple app. Don't do it!

The worst sales experience I have ever had. I despise Apple products so I went in and told Eli I needed a new phone, tablet and maybe a computer. He refused to show me anything else but Apple. After a while I left and told him I would be back the next day. When I went back he had a salesman from the Apple store waiting for me which I told had already told him I wouldn't go into the Apple store ever again. He still wouldn't show me an Android. My fault I didn't leave. I ended up with an awful phone and iPad. Part 3 we went on vacation the next day, when we got back my husband went to the manager and told her about our experience to which she replied "your time is up". You had 2 weeks, you're out of luck. They had ulterior motives for not showing me anything else. BAD business, Bad sales, BAD service

Beware! I'm pretty sure someone from store stole my credit card info to purchase an item from the store. Took me over an hour of being bounced around on phone calls & put on hold, & the issue still isn't fully resolved.

I love this place, they have the cutest clothes that stand out. You will not be wearing the same outfit as everyone else. Wish they were open in the 70’s when I would look good in these clothes.
