When they used to be first capital bank of Kentucky they were awesome. Now every time they get bought out they just get progressively worse. Atm cash withdrawal used to be no charge from them and reimbursement of fee from atm, now it’s charged both ways. Need some cash? Just add six buck on top. Wouldn’t be such a big deal if they had more than a handful of locations. If your account gets compromised they won’t catch all the charges. Then you’ll wait 10 days for a provisional credit whatever that means, and it could take up 60 days to get your money back even though it was obviously fraud. When you call to get your card replaced due to the fraud you’ll have to go into the branch for replacement then allow another extra day for them to activate it for you. Can’t get to a branch for your replacement? That’ll be two weeks while they mail it. Save yourself the hassle and just go with any other bank. With one on every corner there really is no reason to deal with substandard banks anymore. Also the fee free account I’ve had for years now charges $3 but then credits back $3, why even charge it?

I'm not sure why I have encountered so many issues but I've had name issues, issues linking my accounts, issues with the spelling of my name on my debit card. Just simple things that are being over looked and don't seem to be getting fixed. Everyone is nice enough but man, if you have to do anything of significance, the bank encourages you to feel free to do it via drive though, but I have to strongly recommend making an appointment because clearly the drive through is not very detail oriented. Oh, and you may as well not leave a voicemail if they miss your call, because that too has yielded no results.

They charged my boyfriend the SAME overdraft fee over and over to where it added up to almost $1000 and they won’t reverse the fees. His check was deposited into his account and now he won’t get any of it due to them taking it for “fees”.
