DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I purchased a Sentry Safe. The lock would not work; no matter how many times we tried pushing the key into the lock, it would not go in! I called Customer Service. I was told that I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee if I wanted to return the DEFECTIVE safe! I've learned to never buy directly from the company (Sentry Safe). If I had bought through Amazon, I'd march it right back to Whole Foods and return it...no questions asked. What a disappointment!

Their return policy is very vague, customer service isn’t helpful, trying to do a return is archaic, restocking fee of 15% also.

They take too long to unload and they dont have bathrooms not even a portable one for the drivers

Picked up a truckload at 7701 building, shipping office at the middle of the building between the docks. 14:00 appointment. Checked in at 11:00 , out the door by 11:45. Overnight parking available

I lost my keys and called this company. They were there alright, but they charged me three times a going rate I asked about at another locksmith later. It was a night when it was extremely cold and I had groceries, so they took what they thought I might be willing to pay to get out of the cold. I was taken, plus they ruined my door. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Rude in communicating with drivers, no restroom, after unloading you will stand for at least another 40 minutes, stupid and uncoordinated work, you will lose time in this company!!!

Would be nice if masterlock and or sentry safe which is masterlock also, could put a couple of portable restrooms outside that would be nice. instead of Truck drivers peeing in the grass like dogs. good grief
