“I love this place! Not only is the butcher shop amazing, the restaurant is one of my all time favorite places. We recently moved to the area and Louisville has a lot of amazing restaurants. That being said we have already eaten at Red Hog five times and keep coming back for more. All of the ingredients are amazing and the staff is very attentive and friendly. My wife is gluten free and they have a lot of great options and no "hidden" irritating ingredients. The Cuban sandwich is to die for, get the fries, which are delicious, so you can dip them in the amazing green sauce! They also have great cocktails and beer selection. Have a Kentucky Mule, you wont be disappointed!”

“Well established neighborhood butcher shop serving just about everything under the sun. Hot bar is a daily favorite for lunch breaks of everyone from doctors to construction workers. Highly recommend ordering your chicken and steaks from here at a minimum and fall in love with everything else each visit. There's a reason it's the epicenter for Louisville thanksgiving and Christmas dinners!”

“I love this place! It's a hidden gem . I purchased smoked white cheddar cheese , brats, salmon burgers and thin sliced smoked salmon. Salmon burgers were wonderful. I used salmon rub to season them FABULOUS!!! I will definitely be back . Very friendly staff !!”
