“I've been here twice now and the staff is always kind and friendly, the wait is very short (if any!) and the price is so much cheaper than Quest. I got a test at Quest a few weeks ago, they told me it was $200 more because it had been requested by my doctor (!?). Here at ALTN I actually got a $14 DISCOUNT for having a doctor's order for the test. My total was less than $40. Save money, especially if you're not covered by insurance. Also, shout out to the guy who takes my blood every time, he always asks if I'm afraid of blood and I say yes, then he counts down for me and makes everything super easy and chill.”

“After leaving the one in Shepherdsville....this place was what it should be. The ladies were all nice and not judgmental when I told them I'm there for CPS. Passing my test just makes it sweeter because of how I was treated over an accusation and was able to prove myself before being yelled at.One thing is....this is the real world and not Facebook. The ugly, fat lady in Shepherdsville could use customer service points for women younger than her.Get a job you like and get a new personality. Thank you to this business for being professional.”

“I read dozens of reviews before scheduling at this location for my lab work. Went in very wary and hesitant. I fully expected a hellish experience, but that wasn't the case. Thank goodness, because like most people I can't stand needles or unfriendly business staff.My experience was a positive one. The wait was only about 20 minutes. Check-in was quick and easy. Waiting area was clean and uncluttered. Staff was really friendly and answered all my questions over the phone the day before I had my lab work done. The phlebotomist was awesome. I didn't feel the stick and he collected the samples quickly.So, overall, a 4-Star experience! Took off one star for the 15-20 minute wait. Otherwise, nothing bad to say about this Labcorp location!”

I ended up passing out (through no fault of their own) toward the end of the panel and Alisha was extremely attentive in making sure I was okay. She got me water, a couple ice packs, and stayed in the room with me until I was better. Great staff!”

“I have been going to this practice since they opened. The office staff is extremely helpful and prompt. The wait times are very low if any. My entire family sees Katie Booker for various issues and she is so thorough and knowledgable from young children to adults. She will sit and listen to the issues and I never feel rushed out of the office. I have needed to see Andrea Burch at times and she is extremely knowledgable and thorough as well. The office and the doctors have been great problem solvers and have been incredible with helping with insurance issues. I highly recommend this office.”

“I've been to Quest several times, as it is in the same building as my doctor. Everyone there has been sweet and patient with me. My veins are small, and they roll. Every technician has understood my fear of needles and has helped me to push through. Has every visit been perfect? No! However, they always strive to do their best to accommodate me and correct any mistakes. My hubby and I will return!”
“The in-office appointment was quick, easy and great. I'd choose that if you need something done - no complaints at all. Staff was friendly, appointment was at 10am and I was out by 10:35.On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend the at-home visit option. Like other reviewers, the nurse was supposed to arrive at 9:30am. No called, no showed. She called and texted at about 1pm later that day saying "something came up." She offered to come at 3pm. I decided to reschedule for an appointment in the office for the following day.I understand things come up, but if you can't be professional enough to send a quick text to let the person know you can't make it, then you're not reliable enough to be poking people with needles or handling important lab work.I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, so not a huge deal for me personally from a schedule standpoint, even though I did lose two mornings of work basically.But most people don't have that luxury. People take time off work or rearrange schedules to make things like this practical. Take care of your patients/clients or just stop offering this service altogether.”
