I got there half hour early, they whisked me right back for mri. Ladies were all friendly and helpful. So I had a good experience.

I arrived early by just under an hour for my 10:30 a.m. I needed an MRI on my right shoulder. Gigi at the front desk and Katherine, my tech, were kind, professional, courteous and ruthlessly efficient. I walked out of their office 9 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment time.

Even though all of the Staff were very nice, I was unhappy. I showed up on time for my appointment, I wasn't called back for an hour and 40 minutes. Also there were a few patients on their phones, one even played music. The whole experience was upsetting.
