Dee took care of us for my rental. He was very helpful and took his time making sure everything was done properly and helped make sure we got it on time ordering it to deliver where I am having to travel for a funeral. He was thoughtful and mindful and of my situation was overall a great experience mainly due to Dee and his professionalism and service.

I'm so disappointed and appalled at the lack of customer service and concern for the customers at Mens Wearhouse. They are really attentive when they are charging you for rentals and stressing their rules. However, when it comes to assisting their customers in a time of need, they could care less. They were notified immediately about an expensive dress and other items that we inadvertently placed in the returned tux apparatus. They could have cared less. Although they did send me to another store to meet the truck carrying our items to be pulled off (Outer Loop Store, Louisville, KY) immediately, which I did. Only to tell me when I walked through the door. "sorry you have to call Customer Service'". When I explained I followed the truck their, again I was told sorry call Customer Service. The salesman was nonchalant and just shrugged his shoulders, sorry. Never again will I use Mens Wearhouse. I will urge anyone I know using this company about their lack of assistance. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A very expensive garment was inadvertently left in the grooms garment bag and after being contacted by another store and asked to pull that garment bag off of the truck, they refused to do so and said they don't do that. They don't check bags to insure what was returned, so I guess it doesn't matter whether you return your items or not. So unprofessional and no customer service. Wouldn't recommend their services.

Very disappointing! We had an appointment for my son’s wedding suit and the customer service was awful. They were very indecisive and inexperienced. Two men were somewhat assisting us and when the woman up front recognized we were getting frustrated with the unprofessionalism, she tried to help but it didn’t get any better. The taller gentleman took off his jacket and had my son try it on because they didn’t have anything for him to try in his size. Ridiculous! The woman at least did bring back a couple of jackets for him to try on. They mumbled each time they spoke to us, and the younger man had to seek guidance on everything he stated. We decided to leave and go to USA Bridal where we were greeted with a smile and a hello and got what we needed. I would not recommend the Men’s Wearhouse on Outer Loop.

Helpful staff and quick alterations. Orders were done within a week and alterations completed within 2 weeks even amid prom season!

I went here to take my fiance to get a suit on 3/4/2023. The people there was nice but the main problem was there system was apparently down except on one computer. I went to pay with card and they said it didn't go through so I left and came back to pay with cash. I paid in cash and shortly after a few days the following Tuesday the transaction on my card went through. I went back to get my refund of 500 cause I was double charged and they said they couldn't do it. I called my bank and they closed my card and it's now been almost a month and I still do not have my money back. Whatever there policy for refunds is needs some work unless the employee just pocketed the money. ( I have seen ppl go through this and 50/50 the employee pocket the cash and denied everything) In the end I paid 1,000 for a 500 dollar suit.

I bought a suit from the MW on Outter Loop in Lou. Ky.in June 2021 in 6 months the seat of the slacks had rotted . I talked to the store manager about a replacement pair, to no avail. I took them to a Taylor for repair. The seat had rotted beyond repair. I went back to the store on 3/21. Spoke to the manager again i did buy a new pair that day ...$100.00 for $60.00 .I was ok with the deal.I left them to be altered. When by today to pick them up....should have at least checked them out but didnt. When i got them home guess what??? They had not been altered.I called immediately and spoke to the manager...I work in customer service and quality control for over 45 years.i do not recommend buying from this location

Went to find a blue sport coat for my husband. Worked with Sam, and he helped us get what we needed at a fair price. Had to have it specially made due to the size needed. Nice to pick out the materials instead of off the rack. Thanks again, Sam, for the great service!
