The girl at the shop didn't know what she was doing and kept calling some one on the phone to help her and then had us pay 91 dollars before she even did anything and then told us that the phone was locked and claimed that she asked if it was unlocked when she didn't and said no refund do not recommend just save your self an hour of your time and don't even go

This location was Terrible, I don’t know the gentlemen’s name that’s in the store. He gave us attitude.. he huffed and puffed and got so frustrated that he went to the back to throw water on his face. We stood in the store for two hours while he tried to figure out how to make a simple device change. We were patient and kind and he still was short and annoyed. Two or 3 customers came in while he was trying to figure out our situation. And he completely ignored them.. so much that they just left. I have never seen such bad customer service from a Metro PcS store.

My phone service has never worked right even after numerous times at store and on phone my problems have never been resolved you can look at the records and the same complaint over and over again are still unresolved

Yesterday 09/30/2023 my sister went to this store looking for help about her phone having technical issues, the lady that was there treated my sister in a very discriminated way, unprofessional, and just because English is not her second language, my sister called me to help her translate and I felt the way on her voice tone that she was acting in a rude way, if you don’t know how to work with people please don’t work. I am very disappointed about this situation, we came to this country looking for a better life and to be treated with respect.

I am writing this on behalf of my aunt, today She went to this store to ask for help to solve a problem with her phone, she says that the first moment the worker (a lady with blond and green eyes, she doesn’t know her name) realized that she did not speak English very well, refused to offer to help her in any way, my aunt felt frustrated, she tried to use a translator over the phone and also called her niece to help her translate, and yet the worker did not want to help her, my aunt felt discriminated against and could not solve the problem with her phone, I am very sorry for this type of attitude from that worker, unprofessional, very rude and discriminating. first and last time my aunt goes to this store. all of this occurred today 09/30/2023 at the store 9216 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40242.

Use a different store the owner of the store Haval is rude and very inconsiderate tried to scam me on a phone. I think this is a bait and switch store.

I went in the store due to my phone not being able to hold a charge and I was needing to know what the next steps where. I informed the associate of my issue and that I had insurance. He handed me a brochure from Assurant so I proceeded to contact them to do the claim. Well the wait time was so long and by this time I was down from 19% to 10% on my phone so I decided to do an online claim. Well I had trouble even getting to the information part because after typing in my cell number a few times it kept giving me an error asking me to chk for eligibility. So I contacted Metro customer care for assistance and they kept pushing it off onto Assurant saying that only they could assist and that they would give me information to file the claim even after I explained to them that I tried to do it online and I can't get past a certain point. He was not helpful nor did he even chk my account to see if I still had insurance on it. Needless to say my phone is still down. I have no resolution to this issue and at this point I am switching carriers. This is sad because I have been with Metro for years and upon my personal experience it is a great company until your phone goes down. So current customers I wish you the best.

I live in O.C.My Metro home store moved to shelbyville, so I googled closest and although this story was 10 extra miles away, it had best reviews I was in a serious hurry, and was replacing my son's phone on may 14th in the a.m. I didn't catch the female customer several reps name, but she was AMAZING! She explained my budget and needs. She got me an amazing deal and awesome phone. She deserves a raise. I will definitely be back!! This will be my new home store! Customer service was OUTSTANDING! PLEASE THANK HERBFOR ME!
