The young lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. It took a little while to fix my problem. But she did everything she could do to make sure I went home with what I needed. Poor thing had to call her manager 2times, send her trainee to another store. Reprogram my Internet box. And kept a smile the whole time. Definitely going there every time I need something. Overall very friendly and dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.

Tried to upgrade our phones after a few years and the associate here just did the absolute minimum, didn't even set up my phone because lo and behold he started me a whole new service. Tried to go back today after opening hours and the store is closed. So pretty irritating to say the frickin least

Doors stay locked during business hours all the time. I never can pay a bill at this location. They leave store locked lights on an unattended randomly during business hours all the time. When they are inside sitting they say the systems down but then I go down the road at another location and pay my bill no problem.
