Doors stay locked during business hours all the time. I never can pay a bill at this location. They leave store locked lights on an unattended randomly during business hours all the time. When they are inside sitting they say the systems down but then I go down the road at another location and pay my bill no problem.

I've never been more embarrassed or treated the way I was treated today by this poor establishment, as a combat veteran with PTSD I was refused service for not having mask upon entry, I was told I could be waited on outside instead of in the building like a normal customer. I told the csr I wanted to be waited on inside like a normal paying customer, he then mumbled under his breath and walked to the back and came back out with 4 other team members like they was av gang! They then refused service to me and ask me to leave without fixing my phone that I pay for extra a month, if this is the way you treat combat veterans that fight for your freedom then you are a sorry individual, i will be contacting the veterans association and will let them know how this poorly ran business treats veterans!SHAME!SHAME!SHAME!

Very lousy customer service have manufacturers warranty claim assurance claim T-Mobile refuses to replace phone I made a big mistake your story was the only store that helped me solve the problem we'll talk yet but we're working on it can new cut stores a problem I would never go back to the store ever thank you

BEWARE!!! I bought 3 phones and signed up for 4 lines of service at this location. I was overcharged $20 per phone AND charged an additional $50 for each phone for "protection bundle". When I asked what I was paying for I was told a case, screen protector, and first month's insurance. Wrong! It did not include insurance and the store was out of cases. I asked that the charge be removed and was told only the manager or the owner could do that. Of course neither were available. I called back 3 days later and was assured the owner would call me that day. Nope! I called again today and finally received a call back from the manager. When I told her I wanted a refund she said, "That ain't going to happen." When I said I wanted the owner to contact me I was told he does not speak to customers. Not all Metro PCS stores are owned by the same franchise. I wish I had selected a different store.
