I have paid extra for the Nero flex plan for a year, so I could get an upgrade. I call 1 store and they said yes. I went to this one because it was closer and they tell me no. Then tell me to get a iPhone 14 I gotta pay 500$ and trade in my iPhone 12 for it…when I could just go to Walmart and get it for half that…
The lady was very rude and unprofessional.

Man told me he’ll sale iphone 13 for 400$ but my iphone14 is only 80$ for credit. Straight scam not to mention at first he said they don’t do trade in or credit. Then somehow change his mind about.
