Went by there this morning since another store refused help me yesterday. The girl there couldn't help me because their printer was down. I ended up having to go to the library to get what I needed. The girl working there was friendly and everything, but acting strange. She was outside smoking and carried on with a conversation with no one there talking to her

Hours say they close @7:00pm. I showed up @6:15pm to get info on adding their wifi to my plan since they're website directs customers to go to a physical store for info. Rode the bus 45 minutes to get there in enough time where I didn't hold them up right at closing time. Open sign was flashing but door was locked & there wasn't an associate in site. I'm so sick of businesses downtown & the West End in Louisville, KY closing whenever they feel like it. It took a lot for me to get there to add a Svc to pay more money to stay wit them yet they close whenever they want. So frustrating.
