Hours say they close @7:00pm. I showed up @6:15pm to get info on adding their wifi to my plan since they're website directs customers to go to a physical store for info. Rode the bus 45 minutes to get there in enough time where I didn't hold them up right at closing time. Open sign was flashing but door was locked & there wasn't an associate in site. I'm so sick of businesses downtown & the West End in Louisville, KY closing whenever they feel like it. It took a lot for me to get there to add a Svc to pay more money to stay wit them yet they close whenever they want. So frustrating.

Service was horrible. The agent there took my money activated my phone but told me it was not able to be cut on because the phone was locked which was true but also untrue because metro took over sprint which my phone was my old service. So he suggested I go pay to get it unlocked so I go to the unlock store who then tell me I don't have to do that because my phone was apparently still able to pair with metro go back to the same metro store. Well, to get to the point, I called Metro myself, and they were able to do it over the phone since I already paid to activate and had a number. Agent didn't know what he was doing.

I honestly thought this place was closed, but nope. Metro is your typical "discount" mobile provider, this brand owned by T-Mobile, (and T-Mobile loves to remind you at every mention of the name). You won't find flagship Samsung or Apple phones but I doubt you're at a Metro Looking for one anyways. I'd say they're a step up in their category, the other 2 competitors being Cricket and Boost. They don't seem like a place to get a burner phone at least.

The salesperson was in training but everything went smoothly. It was a process but it came through.
