Had a great experience disappointed about some of the lack of services like trying to pay your bill online. The website to pay is AWFUL. NEEDS IMMEDIATE TECH SERVICES AND NO INTERNATIONAL WIFI SERVICES OFFERED. MAY BE TIME FOR AN UPGRADE!@PEOPLE ARE TRAVELING AGAIN AND NEED THEIR CELLULAR SERVICES EVERYWHERE THEY TRAVEL..JUST A SUGGESTION..PLEASE!!!

I have insurance on my phone I need help calling the people at least get me started and I can go from there in the store. So I can receive my phone through the mail. So they don't let you make payments in the store two tried to pay for a new phone to get mailed to your home address. Don't get me wrong I've been with them for 7 years and I love Metro. I don't understand why they don't help people read setting up the call. Some people could be literate or maybe can't read. I'm just saying some people can't comprehend some people may not understand what the next person talking about so I feel they should be more helpful when you need a new phone especially when you have insurance. If somebody have the number text it.

My $ ran out of 2 lines a mo. & then left out w/o notice! I didn't know exactly what to do!? I pay my bills! So I called in to 611 & got a great receptionist who had experience & patience to guide a baffled ME & I got to a store & was walked ALL the way through! So.. Great customer service! My issue was a mess & I'm a loyal payee & this just had me on my 2nd knee!! So.. With 611 customer service & store visit, I had my ? up & on in a matter of an hr.! & I was also taught to keep my bills & service solo!! Not having some random person added on!

District mamager failed to pay for phone bill to call this store so the contact phone is useless. District manager is to blame for terrible service for not ordering 32 Gig memory cards. They told me to get one at 2nd and Broadway location. I will never return to this store.

I'm a metro pcs customer, and I've had honest service from them in every location, until 1 of the men here basically just bent me over after my phone was stolen. As soon as he started talking, I looked at him and said your ....... me but I don't have the time to worry about that now. I paid more for a new phone, and paid for a new service plan I didn't need. He didn't even put me back on the unlimited everything plan I was on, I had to pay online to get it set back up myself. Hope he's no longer an employee!
