University of Louisville hospital (dept.oforthopedic surgery ((Dr.JohnCarlson),is my wife's surgeon,who just done a major bone graft on my wife's hip and femer,DID NOT EVEN TEST MY WIFE FOR PREGNANCY AND OUR BABY DIED as a result of his incompetent and arrogant ass..Then the dept.had me banned from there hospital because I confronted a few of there staff members being super disrespectful and I checked there soft ass's.. BEWARE:Don't Have Any kind of surgery s at u of l hospital unless it is to treat an emergency and that's where EMS takes you.. Plus,Dr Carlson wouldn't give my wife any kind of post opp pain medication s as he said he would numerous times. This duech is over cocky and arrogant to say the least "NOW YOUVE BEEN WARNED.. to show our family support you can send donations to 5022915552,zelle or cash app excepted for services for our child I'll never stop untill I see dude face to face and slap him to the earth....

Well I came all the way up here to get a new phone and nobody was here. AGAIN..If it's that hard to actually be open when you SAY you're open then you shouldn't even have a store and give customers your word that you will actually do what you say you're going to do. One star.

I went there to upgrade my phone. I told her I wanted to upgrade my phone of 64gb up to a phone that had 128gb. I wanted to do the monthly payments. She told me unless I was getting an iphone making payments really wasn't worth it and said she had a phone in the back that I could afford out right. I asked her three times if it was 128gb and she said yes. I got the phone home only to find out that not only was it not 128gb but it was only 32gb. I went to get an upgrade and she downgraded me. When I called and told her she said "well I already bought the phone what do u want me to do, plus as long as you pay your bill the GB shouldn't matter. She thought DATA and GB were the same thing when I explained the difference she told me to go buy a memory card. THAT is the service you get at the 4th and Central metro. NEVER AGAIN will I go there. AND CHECK OUT HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT SCREWING YOU OVER. LOOK AT HOW THEY MAKE IT RIGHT BELOW IN THEIR COMMENT....STORE FULL OF THIEVES THAT DONT EVEN KNOW MUCH ABOUT PHONES

Got an upgrade at the Taylor boulevard location ended up having to get a whole another exact same model of my phone at the 4th and central location I have been having it did not I am still having the same exact issues with this model of phone I know that it is a TCL model 30 something it keeps dropping the 5G signal and kicking me off of the internet and I have to have that in order to do my reports for work to clock in to clock out have to call them and fix this situation may just have to go for a different model of phone around the same price range

I recently got a new phone last week at the 4th Street location they were absolutely great gave me a new phone at a great price.explained all the new features so I understood them.i am no expert on New technology I am 66.thanks guys and girls.???
