This place is a joke of a car wash. Came the other day and just got a basic wash for $11, barely even made it into the wash and the chain apparently stopped working. Meanwhile, my driver and passenger windows are continuously getting blasted with soap and the rest of my car is sticking out not being sprayed. There were 3 employees trying to fix it and kept coming up to my front window to talk to me (yes the one covered in soap) so I had to keep rolling down the rear window and turning around to talk to them out of that. They kept turning the soap back on then back off and coming up to talk to me again. All of this lasted about 10 minutes and then it began working, only for us to basically get pushed right through and the only clean part of my car was those two windows. I was super irritated as I had my kids in the car who are already a bit weary of car washes, and then I pulled around to find out you have to pay for vacuums! What? At no other car wash in the area do you have to pay to vacuum, Thomas Car Wash is right down the street and such a better value. They had all these creepy stuffed animals all over the place and it really just was so weird. I called and spoke to the girl who was "fixing" the car was and asked for a refund. She told me she knew it was "a less than ideal wash" and offered a rewash to which I declined. Then she said if I wanted a refund I'd have to come back and go inside which I had already left to go to the other car wash so I wasn't going to go back. Buyer beware, this place is a rip off & I'll never go back.

Went to car wash Ultimate and ended up with wax streaks on the car sides.. called up customer care and they did responded positively but I think after car wash someone needs to make a check before driving off.

The machine shut down midway. Whoever heard of paying for vacuuming after spending $22 for a car wash. I will not be returning. There are MUCH better options like the Car Wash Company.

I went to the car wash because I had out of town and had bugs all over my windshield, grill and hood. I went to one that “cleans” it before you go in to get the bugs off. Bugs are still there so it was a waste of money!!!! Won’t be back!!

First time going to Mikes. Went to the one on Hurstbourne and was had a really positive experience. Will visit again when I'm in the area. My car looks like I hand washed it!

Won't be back - bought a wash because it was on sale at the Kroger gas station. It was their second most expensive option. My car came out dirtier than it went in, somehow. And my license plate on the back of my car was bent.

Paid 20$ for a half a$$ wash just to come out to vacuums that wants even more of my money, I'd recommend zips or Thomas car wash over this one not worth the money. For 20$ at Thomas's car wash on Shelbyville you can get the ceramic coat vacuums and the top wash.

I got a car wash and it about ripped my bumper off!! My license plate is all bent up and then the manager asked me to fill out paperwork while I’m about in tears and shaking. She says my license plate has prior damage. I have kids at the AAU tournament a mile away I have to go… Do not go here!!!Services: Clay bar treatment

SCRATCHED MY JEEP!!! Let me just say I’ve been to here more than a handful of times and always was happy with the results. Went for a wash on Monday the 27th of June. Pulled into a spot to dry my vehicle off, came to find 2 large scratches on my brand new Jeep. Notified them, the girl that took a “look” immediately said “It doesn’t look like it’s consistent with damages from our car wash” like some automated answer, suggested that it could’ve of been already there, for which I told her absolutely not. I just came straight from work and always check my vehicle before I leave. Also said it could’ve been from someone opening their door. With the location the scratches were at, highly doubtful since it was where my gas cap is, plus I was parked against a wall on that side. She also said that unless I have a picture right before I took it in there’s no way to prove it came from them, like awesome…not. Filled out a claim form and did a claim with our auto insurance. Never got in contact with me or our insurance, just sent a letter through the mail basically saying the same thing the girl said when she looked at the scratches. Might be a minor repair but the fact that they basically brushed it off was very disappointing. Won’t be coming back or going to the new one opening on Westport.

Went through the car wash and midway through we heard a loud boom. We obviously couldn’t just stop so once it was over and it told us to drive out we heard another loud popping noise. When we drive around to the vacuums we got out and our bumper was literally on the ground. There was two cracks in the middle where you can definitely tell something got caught or latched on to our bumper and was just pulling it off. After waiting over a week when they was supposed to call in 3 days they tell us they can’t do anything and it wasn’t the car washes fault. Ridiculous company and will never go to them again.
