I requested quotes from several printing services for a hard copy of a large manuscript to help organize the next round of edits on my novel, and I am very pleased with the service at Minuteman Press. The website was accessible and easy to use for requesting a quote, sending a job request, and uploading files. I use pages on a MAC to write, and although the files were converted to .pdf, there were some issues with the page sizing that Michelle was able to catch with a test print as well as adjust ahead of completing the job request. I was nervous that the chapter separations might have shifted with the needed adjustments, but it all printed out beautifully and fast! Michelle's attention to detail and her willingness to tailor the order to the purpose for which I needed it is greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend using this printing service over major printing chains such as Fedex, UPS or OfficeDepot for a far more personable and affordable experience.

Michelle at Minuteman Press is a jewel. I was in a pinch running last minute with printing my father's 70th birthday invitations. I bought the invitations at a high end local store but didn't have the time for them to be printed as it would take a week. Another store I have used in the past recommended Michelle at Minuteman Press and I am so thankful they did. Michelle exceeded all of my expectations. She went out of her way to help. Minuteman didn't have the fonts that I was wanting, but she found and got them. The invitations ended up looking amazing and I had the end product in hand in just a few hours! It ended up being cheaper having used Minuteman and I had them in 1/2 of a business day. Thanks Michelle! You are the best!
