Mark and his team put in a video system for me. A year later we started having interface issues between the cameras and the dvr. The guys were available for consults and site visits to try and sort it out. Ultimately it came down to the cameras being replaced at their cost. Its so rare these days to experience a company that stands behind their work and solves problems willingly and professionally. My pleasure to recommend them for your wifi, video, security and tech needs.

We were struggling to install the LV power and communication cables on our project, so I called Mark. He was able to get his crews to our project before the drywall was installed, and their work looked a lot better than ours. We could not have done it without Mark and his crew.

Happy New Year! Often times we overlook the importance of keeping ourselves and our family members safe. This is when I was introduced to Mark Williams at Mr. Wireless. Mark came out for an initial assessment of our home and discussed what type of camera system we were looking for and the ability to access that system from our smart phones. Afterwards his team members came out to install the camera system. Our whole experience was great from the beginning to the end. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. We were even surprised when the Installers asked for something to clean up the dust that would have been left behind. There was also a follow-up conversation to make sure we were satisfied with the placement of the security camera system. Highly Recommend! Thank you so much.

During Covid (times esk), decided to add in network jacks in the house to reduce the need for wireless and go more wired. They came in and gave me exactly where I wanted. They were efficient, professional, and a great quality. I would suggest anybody needing to add more networking to their house, to procced and contact Mark.
