Do not buy batteries made at this place.I bought a ETX20L for my ATV in July 2020 from O'Reillys in Hillview.. By April of 2021 it was already bad. Since there is only a 6 month warranty if you buy the battery from O'Reilly on this battery I flushed $120 down the tube. This battery was made by East Penn battery so check where batteries are made and stay away from this manufacturer. East Penn Deka is the local distributor and when I talked to them, I was basically told the same thing I was told from O'Reilley.UPDATE: I contacted East Penn and while the first customer service rep sounded like the O'Reilley store person, once I talked to Mary (a manager) she apologized for my experience and shipped me a new battery. More people should take note of Mary's performance and excellent peopleskills.2nd Update,Sean Gordon, who responded to my review, did not offer the option of coming in for a replacement battery or refund. In fact, he was very firm that the only way I would of gotten a different warranty (1 year) would have been if I had made the orginal purchase from his store for a much higher price (even though it is the same battery). The reason I told him I was going to do a google review was because of his arrogance and bad attitude.

Bobby Oberhausen - the first review - is the gentleman who called here. Even though we did not sell Mr. Oberhausen the battery he purchased, therefore we cannot warranty it, we told him he was more than welcome to come in and replace the battery or issue a refund to compensate him for his trouble. However, he chose to throw a temper tantrum and kept threatening to leave a bad Google review.Therefore, we will no longer be offering service to him.

Have always gone to them for my car batteries. Best value for the product. This time I needed a replacement Marine deep cell for a back up to a basement sump pump. I explained I was laid off .They right away offered me a less expensive option then what I previously had. No hard sell. I'll continue to go back for all my battery needs.
