I was in need of my money that was sent by Walmart to Walmart, I went to 3 different locations and the workers were in a rush to hurry and get off work. I called st matthews Walmart and the manager Gary poloston, told me to come to his store and he wold wait for me. Thanks a lot Gary, I needed that money to pay bills early the next morning!

The store is okay when it's actually open. The website says they are open until 11pm - the last 3 times I've tried to go they are closed with no explanation. It's extremely frustrating to not be able to buy groceries

The place was nearby Biglots and Dollar Store by St. Matthews. Compared to the other Walmart this one is by far smaller. Today, when I went they didn't have much of any meat available. Very little selection for all pork, chicken and beef. However, I was able to snag two huge beef ribs to BBQ. The deli was small also. The wings went up price. They used to sell it by price and now they sell it 98 cents per piece. A tad disappointing but with same amazing wings I grew up with.

Shopping yesterday for a few items and I swear I will never go in this store again. staff is more interested in beating you to the the shelves so they can shop for pick up customers. also the isles were crammed with palettes to where it had to be a fire hazard. i felt so unsafe. This company has gone down so much. So disappointing.

I've been coming here for over a decade couple time a week and still the employees are always starting at me and repeatedly walk by me every time when I self check out. They're extremely unfriendly and rude. Never once do they ever greet hello or say thank you for shopping here. It's like they train their employees not to greet customers especially regulars that have been coming here for over decades. I do not recommend shopping here you get treated better shopping at Kroger.

Once again this store has proven to be a disappointment to its shoppers. Almost every time I shop there I have to find an employee to check the back to see if they have an item that has not made its way to the shelf for staples like eggs or milk. Also today I was surprised to find milk was $2.00 more than it was last week at the Walmart on Westport Rd. Taking a shopping list to this location is a wasted effort. Until the pandemic hit I didn't shop here much. But during the difficult days of safe grocery shopping they were great. Now I cannot say that. And while they will make their excuses and blame others I think many of their issues relate to poor management.

I stopped in here today to pick up a few items while I was in the area. I like this little Walmart neighborhood store it's much better than going into a big giant Walmart with 5000 people always in there this one is a nice little neighborhood it brings in not as many people as a giant Walmart so I like that and they have a unique products that my typical Kroger and stuff doesn't have so definitely worth checking out

This store has steadily gone down hill since it opened. Just very poorly run. No checkers-self scan only on a packed Wednesday night. Good prices, but only go if you have a few items-the waiting is interminable. Dirty, bags on the floor. Won't be back, not worth the hassle.

Just ran in the store for my father who is quarantined due to the Coronavirus. I asked a lady worker for an empty box she was taking to the back so I could use it for the groceries. She gave me the box and ask if she could help finding the rest of my groceries that I was struggling with. She walk the store and help me with the rest of my list. Amazing service from the lady.

This location is tucked off the road & somewhat smaller than other, although it makes for a quick visit to get what you need and get to the next thing on your list. I was able to locate someone to ask where an item was, although, not a whole lot of staff to check out so it may be faster to go through the self check out.

This was my first time entering a Walmart Neighborhood Market and there's definitely something different and special about a Walmart that only sells groceries. The second you walk in the smell is extraordinary, it hits you fast. I loved shopping here, it was different and finding the groceries we needed was a breeze but above all the wonderful Walmart app still worked here and somehow it felt a little better. I'll think about visiting here for my grocery needs a lot more often. The biggest downer was not seeing a lot of employees but I get it, the place was small and the Walmart app was there regardless to help.
