I've been begging a utility company for a payment plan and call avoidance is the biggest issue with these work from home agents that are not working. COVID19 is not permission to abandon your job and still get paid. I have the fortunate ability to work from home and I take every single call. I sent this message hoping to get a call back to be assisted using the website: I've been calling and calling trying to get on a payment plan so my bill won't get ridiculous. A field agent was kind enough to get someone to call me. That person got someone to call me but I couldn't talk but answered the phone and asked them to hold on just a sec and they hung up so I'm back to the drawing board. Thing is I work from home and I was on a call with a customer and that person could hear that but hung up anyway. I don't understand how I have to go through this just to try to continue paying my bill. I just want a payment plan. The response was to call the same number I stated I got no answer from that just hangs up after I repeatedly enter my 3 digit area code associated with my account: Dear Caressa, Thank you for your contact. We understand your concern and we will be more than happy to discuss alternate payment options, however, we are unable to process your request through email communication. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-492-8373, representatives are available for assistance between 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. The biggest load of BS from a utility company I've ever had to experience.

This is the worst company in the history of corporate thieves. I just paid for 10 years worth of water for a leak in my supply line that I was notified of on May 14. I had supply line replaced May29 although no leak or wet ground found,cost1500.Got a bill for 705000 gallons water in October,of which we use under3000 a month. They said all they could adjust was 1100.Paid over 1300 dollars.Merry effing Christmas!!

Extremely to quick to cut off service like how broke is this city that you'd cut someones water off with kids for $59 dollars with no notice and then charge you $109 to get the water back turned on i guess that's the play straight crooks and no accountability when they mess up and this isnt even the first time worst water department I've ever dealt with.

Dirty water, horrible customer service and stupid employees. They take forever to restore service and lie about when they're coming.
