I recently had a traffic incident with one of this companies vans. A metal object flew through my windshield and left about a 3inch hole almost hitting me while driving. That is not what this review is about though. This review is about the call I recieved from Doug (I believe he owns it). After leaving a message with the Moog warehouse as directed by his staff (they are very polite. Doug called me to act like I was trying to get one over on the company and making something up. I did ask them to pay for the windshield ( that is all). I let him know that I observed the metal piece fly off the top of the van. He proceeded to immediately go into saying they are not at fault. And how its impossible anything like that could have happened. And for me to turn it in to my insurance. He Refused to provide the company's insurance. And be condescending the entire time. At the end he offered to pay for it "maybe". "Well its Christmas" he says in the most condescending tone. Don't worry about the bill Doug. Ill pay for it. Its a shame that you talk to people the way you do.
