The room is not clean I got my own bleach wipes and go around to RECLEAN. because I have a fur baby is the ONLY reason why I stayed. I investigate the bed and bathroom it was ok. Just not clean enough. They have no towels. The towels they use for the floor is what they give you to use. So buy your own towels and blankets and pillows. But your own rag wash cloth and all because they collect towels in the morning and said they gonna go wash it. Hell no. So if you a clean freak, this is for you. Clean before you bring your stuff inside. Go get their mop n broom too from the front desk. And get it own blankets pillows towels especially because they have only dirty towels for you. So what I am saying, Clean it yourself spray bleach it and wear gloves and mask. If not. Go somewhere. It's dog friendly that's why they get 3 starts. Only because my fur baby they allow. The rest. History. Even the people that works there. Mean. Rude.

Checked in and was put in a "newly remodeled room". I had driven 14 hours and unloaded my things and crashed for 4 hours. I woke up and I found bugs in my room. I asked the front desk to move me and where the laundry machines where. The gave me another newly remodeled room and said they didn't have laundry machines. I moved my things to a new room, and left to go do laundry. I returned early afternoon and found bugs in my second room. I went to the front desk and asked to leave without being charged. I was instructed to wait and talk to the manager in the morning. i refused to stay in the room because i didn't want them to get into my luggage and bring them home. I have video of the bugs and have posted what the outside of the hotel looked like. I was told I had used the room and would be charged. I asked the manager to call me as i would not be staying. I then continued another 8 hours of driving home. I never received a call. I had to call the corporate number to get my refund. No incentive for my TERRIBLE experience. I travel often for work and until now I have been satisfied with the value of these cheap but clean motels. After this experience I will never stay at another Motel 6.Rooms: Found bugs in first room, was put into a second room that also had bugs.Safety: This hotel is not secure. The door frame wasn't even bolted to the ground.Food & drinks: None available, some vending machines were available but prices were ridiculously high.Noteworthy details: See my photos. I would absolutely NOT recommend staying at this location.

MOTEL 6 is my home away from home they work with you if you need to check in early, they are pet friendly and don't discriminate against what type of dog you have. Just please don't leave your dog unattended and let it be destructive they have recently remodeled their rooms and they are amazing and I'd love for them to stay that

The staff was the only thing good about this place. The floor in the front desk was sticky. The doors to the rooms look like they need more than just a new paint job. The bathroom was dirt with a clogged drain and a curtain that needed washing with a wash cloth hanging from it. The location is horrible too with and abandoned building next door and a wall surrounding them both. I changed rooms and still left with an hour or two. Had I looked at the reviews before hand I would never have chosen this place. I have stayed at Motel 6 in the past and always had great experiences. This was my first bad experience. Everyone should go somewhere else. You might pay a little more but you will still feel and sleep better.Rooms: Horrible.Safety: Unsafe.

The lady on the front desk was as rude as hell. The Indian guy on the phone was nice. He had given me $69 price for a single night stay and when i came to the front desk that rude lady was there. she was charging me extra and started reasoning with me. I think she should learn some manners. And the property owner should hire some professional people for the front desk.

This was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. Half inch of dust on the AC filter. Floors not swept/mopped in months. Looks like they sweep with a leaf blower and whole perimeter of room was covered by n hair and dust/dirt. Gross. Took me 3 hours of cleaning to even feel comfortable enough to touch anything. Remote was covered in thick grime. Mirror looked like it had a pop thrown at it and smeared around. Grossest hotel in the city. State. Maybe the country.

If you like the sound of jets, getting charged an additional $50 dollars even though they had my card on file. Money laundering??? Lol not sure but un called for. Got checked into a dirty room but cleaned yet and cleaning staff knocking at least 4 times a day. Not happy with this location of motel 6. Worst one yet and I've traveled now for 3 months on the road. Don't go to this one.Noteworthy details: Worst motel 6 in 35 states I've been to

I lost electricity in my room for 12 hours. They lady working at the front desk was very polite but she didn’t know what to do. The abandoned building directly behind the hotel houses a lot of rough looking people and tents are set up around the parameter. I would never pay more than $60 a night to stay here and unfortunately I paid well over 3 times that amount. I didn’t feel like my friends were safe. Also the hallway to cut through the building smells so bad please do something about that.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Recent renovations? Where? This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.First, we were in town for a festival. Checked with hotel at 11:30am to see if by chance the room was ready. Was told no but for $25 they could get one ready for us to check in early. We declined and told the guy at the desk we’re going to a music festival and won’t be back til 11-1130pm is that okay? He says yes and we leave. We get back at 11 ish and our reservation has been cancelled. Because the card the reservation was on declined. No call, no email, nothing. The card was closed for fraud. I was Told they Had one room left I could Have but quoted almost $200 more than my initial reservation. After demanding that this was their fault they did give me the original booked price.Moving into the room. DIRTY! Pictures attached. You can see the one plug still had a prong stuck in it making it unusable. 2 other plugs didn’t work in the room. There were spider webs in the corners, there was dirt and hair on the toilet. I made the mistake of walking in the room barefoot one night and my feet were black. It’s GROSS. This place I dont Think has been cleaned in months. It also sits between 2 buildings that need to be torn down so your view from the window is a building with broken windows, run down and homeless folks.Last, customer service. We had 4 people staying. Arrived in room to 2 towels. Went to the desk to ask for more and was told to go find a housekeeper. Huh? Like he couldn’t call or radio one to bring us some? Go find one.Anyway. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Occasionally, I encounter a link in a chain whose violations of company policy are so blatant and egregious that it's a wonder they are still operating at all. Such is the case for this extended stay hotel where they evict tenants on day 30 to avoid the tax break for their guests. The attitude of the manager is so rude, belligerent and God awful that one can't help but wonder when he'll be the next crime scene victim at a motel where I've seen two people die in a single week and tensions and tenants are constantly high. The place isn't dirty. It's kept fairly clean. The rates fluctuate daily but are mostly fair. I watched a resident get evicted for accepting a discount from a hotel clerk. One morning the Wi-Fi was down and the front desk wasn't able to take payments. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. Five minutes later, my phone rings and it's management scolding me for not having paid for my room. The place is supposedly an extended stay yet there are no microwaves no ironing boards no blow dryers no amenities to speak of. Things like that. There are plenty of hotels in this area. Pick another one.

Ok first of all, this is an absolutely clean, well kept motel. The room was spotless even when showing up with no reservations ahead of time and also a month ago when I stayed when reservation. I'm going into great detail of every aspect of the room environment as well as the outside environment. All bedding was spotless, pillows are clean, mattress clean and very comfortable. Absolutely no dust anywhere, floors are spotless, walls are even clean, under the bed, behind headboard, bedside lights inside the shade and outside of shade clean, desk clean, fridge clean, sink/countertop, toilet and shower are spotless, both mirrors as well as windows are clean, not even a speck of dust or smudges on TV, clean bath linens, and when going into the room immediately it smells fresh clean and very pleasant. The price is great! No problems whatsoever with the charge for the room on my card, no problems with the deposit either. Upon inspection when checking out they gave deposit back with no worries or difficulty. Every staff member is pleasant, kind, helpful, and absolutely amazing. It's pet friendly even though the person next door to us had an extremely out of control highly aggressive dog that tried to attack my service dog. Which my service dog ignored of course because she is well behaved and ignores other dogs unless on command. Thankfully the neighbor was strong enough to pull their dog away in time before any physical contact with my service dog. I even heard the owner of the dog say their dog was just not a well behaved and not a nice dog at all. They were not nice dog owners either but that did not affect anything to do with the hotel. The hotel staff cannot be held responsible for a customer having a misbehaving aggressive dog. That's on the dog owner themselves for lack of training of their dog. As for the outside noise! It's located near an airport so it's common sense that you will hear airplanes. It's located close to the road so it's obvious that you might hear traffic BUT I didn't hear any traffic unless I went outside and barely heard the airplanes only because I turned the TV down so low that I could barely hear the TV so I did hear a little him from an airplane motor a couple of times BUT it was absolutely not bothersome whatever because I could barely hear the airplanes. The only noise I heard was the neighbors being disrespectfully loud when talking right outside my door, when in their room and when their dog went nuts because one of the neighbor's guest banged loudly on their door. Which was so ridiculously loud in a disrespectful way at 11pm. Which has nothing to do with the quality of the motel, quality of the room, quality of stuff, quality of cleanliness and etc. That only has to do with guests not being courteous, respectful and considerate of other guests staying at the motel. The outside environment, neighborhood is fine! There's nothing unsafe feeling, nothing reflecting negatively on the motel either. If you feel unsafe or feel like it's not a nice environment then don't stay there and go somewhere else. Don't downgrade the motel for things out of their control. Personally I felt perfectly safe even when taking my set dog out to potty, strolling down the street after midnight and I'm paralyzed in a wheelchair! If my service dog felt that the outside environment wasn't safe then she would not felt like staying outside for so long (which was about an hour long stroll to potty and enjoy fresh air). As far as the any other older buildings close that are no longer in use near this motel, that has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of motel 6! It absolutely has nothing to do with the quality of this motel, the inside/outside quality of the environment, quality of the staff, and quality of anything to do with the motel. I even strolled right up the road to white castle around 10:30 pm and not once did I feel unsafe outside.I've stayed in many motels in many different states and many areas of the different states and I can s

This property sits between 2 buildings that need to be torn down. This property is in disrepair. The room was dirty, the area was noisy and we didn’t feel safe. The clerk emptied trash outside our door at 4:00 am and it was so loud it woke us both up. At 3:00 am someone set off the fire alarm throughout the entire building. They weren’t asked to leave they just wouldn’t receive their deposit back which means they must live there permanently. Avoid this location.Safety: Not safeWalkability: NOT A SAFE AREA DON’T WALK ANYWHERE

The guy at the front desk was nice but this place is sketchy AF! It's in a sketchy neighborhood, the room looked kinda clean but the bathroom was nasty. There were crackheads in the room next to us going in and out of their room, screaming and yelling until 3:30am. Honestly it was one of the scariest nights of my life.

Room was clean and comfortable. No thrills but it’s what I expected. The staff was amazing and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Much appreciated!
