Working with Justin Pohn was such a positive experience! He was on top of everything from start to finish and made the entire process of buying my second home so much smoother. His communication was excellent he kept me updated every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was happening. What I appreciated most was his honesty and guidance. I never felt pressured or left in the dark instead I felt supported and confident throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a lender who truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond.

Justine really helped us get our dream home. He is very knowledgeable and down to earth. If he didn't know something he would find out for you.All those ups and downs that you have when buying a house Justin was the calm in the storm. Robin Johnson (in Justin Pohn's office) managed our financing and was absolutely a joy to work with. She was professional and knowledgeable AND pleasant and personable. Robin answered our questions even on nights and weekends and she routinely checked on our progress to make sure we didn't have any concerns. During a recent home and property purchase, Whitney Schmidt and her associates at Mutual of Omaha handled the financing aspects and quite adroitly maneuvered the VA loan process for us. Clay took his personal time, outside of the traditional workday, to answer my questions and communicate each step of the way. If I sent him an email with a question, he responded immediately. If I called him with a concern, I was never kicked to voicemail; he took my call and problem-solved with me. This is the fourth home I have purchased, and it was, by far, the easiest the process has ever been. Clay and his team are professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
