The installation team was very professional and timely. Having the ability to select from both new and used inventory is a bonus! “I don't know how they load or unload. Just making this so people can see their is a locked gate and no real parking. A cop could come by and start writing us tickets. Last one I got for parking, the cop gave me a ticket for my (connected ) trailer and Truck was 200.00. I guess they can legally do it because I paid it. Be prepared come prepared show up little after 8am. Hope it helps( off of Broadway I took a left on liberty then went straight to Lexington rd,once you turn on Lexington rd is where I am parked. If you pass liberty you gave a 13" 5 bridge.so turn left on liberty. ( my suggestion)”

“Before I spoke to Fred White, I had basically given up all hope of finding any customizable office desk configuration for my husband's office that was going to suit our needs in our 100 year old home in St. Matthews. I had struggled for over a year to find any solution that was both suitable for our oddly shaped space, and actually had enough features of storage and desk space etc. I never found anything that would work from stock companies, even those like Wayfair with customizable parts. I had actually come to terms with having to hire a carpenter to come in and custom build a unique and extremely expensive solution for the space. I was literally days away from pulling the trigger with the carpenter when Fred sent me an online catalog of the pieces and finishes that he had. It took me under an hour to find the exact pieces that we needed. He had several of them in stock, and the one or two that he didn't were there within a few days. We are so thrilled with our office space now. Is a beautiful contemporary desk with an amazing hutch on one side and the elongated desk we needed on the other. I can't say enough about how happy we are with not only the outcome of the configuration, but also the price. It's exactly what we wanted, and at a price that we could afford. I highly recommend this company, and would definitely recommend Fred as he walked me through the process seamlessly.”

“At first it looked like I would be able to print my documents same day, but at check out, the estimated time was the following day, much later than what I needed. I called the store and spoke with Kathryn (apologies if the spelling is not correct, but she's at the 3501 Springhurst Blvd., Louisville, KY, 40241) and I can't thank her enough for being able to push my order through. It is so hard these days to get in touch with a REAL LIVE person and then when you do, it's rare to get this kind of stellar customer service!! She was so quick and ready to help and that is a service that seems to be dying at times. SO, I very much appreciate being treated like I matter and for her helping me to solve an urgent problem! I was already a fan, but I will never not use Office Max/Depot for my last-minute printing needs! GREAT JOB!!”
