I gave two stars, because I did find a few things... But this store is horribly disorganized... Shoes are all mixed up with sizes... And the workers... Umm... Well... The photo I posted can speak for itself... Watching videos while pushing hung up clothes back and forth ... I honestly don't know what she was doing. But she was watching videos the whole I time I was going through the clothes....about 30min... Also idk if the workers aren't putting clothes out, but the toddler size didn't hardly have any 3t which is usually a size that Once Upon A Child has in large quantity. Size 8, 10, 12, & 14 were quite low, too. 🤷🏼♀️ This store just wasn't worth my trip... What I found I do like, but would've been fine without them.

Every time I come to this location there is always an issue with them buying clothes. They stop buying clothes very early in the day at times. Today, there is a sign on the door that they’re not buying inventory today. It’s very annoying that I pack my car up with clothes to sale and I’m turned away.. this location sucks and I won’t be back. When they do purchase, it’s very little anyways.

Very bad service !! Will never come back this location and sell my stuffs! My baby items are in good condition and offer extremely low price.

It's the audacity of pricing an item higher than what it's original tags state. Knowing good and well you paid the original owner little to nothing.
In response to your reply, I did and pregnant worker essentially indicated there was nothing that could be done. You should discard of original store tags at least.

Staff were friendly and made sure I was aware of discounts. I just don't understand why I'm required to bind my matching clothes together just so they can take them apart and throw the individual pieces back so that I have to sort through them all again to rebind them. Have some courtesy and rebind them after checking them; I took the time to accommodate your request so you should respect my time.

My all time favorite place to get rid of our gently used clothes to trade them in for better gently used clothes & sometimes there brand new or practically new . They are all so sweet and there is always a sale

Didn't get half of what the shoes were worth, not even a quarter but, I was grateful that they bought them. I needed it. They were very nice, non- judgemental, etc.

Good shoes. But the owner can be RUDE. He has a fake bubbly personality to encourage people to buy. I’m updating my review, but in the past, we bumped heads When he found out, I was reselling Goodwill bins to his store. He had no problem purchasing the items. It was good pieces. It got to the point where I was selling too much which I do get His frustrations about me coming in all the time. I even called him after months of not selling to try to peace make everything out, but he tried to be funny saying nobody wants those dumpster diving items and I kept my cool. I’m not even trying to be funny, I had others sell totes there and still do from time to time and he buys $200 worth of it for it to be dumpster diving. I just wanted to upgrade my review to a two since the shoes that he resells are always in good condition and for a good price. But his rudeness does not make it past a 2 for me.

The last few times I have been in here, the customer service has been phenomenal! The manager and all of the employees are always so friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well-organized! This is my favorite location.

I am extremely upset with what happened today when I took 4 boxes of kids clothes. All good clean nice clothes. I personally went through washed and folded and threw out any that was too worn out.They were folded up nice and neat as per requested by Once Upon a Child and boxes up. I dropped off the boxes and they said they would Text me when they were done. I go to the spectrum store and get a text that they were already done within 30 minutes. So I go back and they tell me they only had a couple clothes that wasn't outdated or too worn out that they could use. I look in the boxes and all the clothes that was folded and neatly stacked they had unfolded and thrown in the box. I asked to see a breakdown of what all they purchased. One of the girls gave me a receipt. I looked at it for about 30 seconds and they asked for it back. I took the boxes and put them back in my car. They were a mess in the box. Then my son and I looking after I had left, they had taken the Coats and as far as I can tell did not purchase them. Not only that, when I was going out to the car, my son sat in the store waiting with the boxes for me to come back because I had to move the car closer to the door he said one of the employees said I was pissed off in front of my son ( which i made no actions besides saying there were alot of really nice clothes in there. When they pretty much told me the rest was trash beside jordan and nike) and in front of other people in the store. Then the other larger employee with different colors in her hair said "so what we still won." Also in front my son and in front of other people at the store and employees. So what did that mean? I called the store and asked if they took the coats and was told they did and said i didnt see any coats on the receipt they showed me. I was nice and said thank you. I didn't need the money and they sure should not have been so rude. I took the clothes because i know it helps people to be able to buy clothes cheaper. I have shopped there for 13 years so i know. Beware when taking clothes there. Stay in the store with your clothes and watch them. I will never bring clothes here again. I had other clothes that are Nike and Jordan and jordan and nike shoes. I was going to bring but upon testing the water I will take them somewhere else. I was told by other people this happens but I didn't believe them and trusted them. I guess big mistake. I'm so upset I have shopped there for 13 years and spent tons of money there. I'm sure if the owner knew this was happening they would be upset as well. What a disappointment. I took them to another Once Upon a Child store they took almost all of the clothes. I guess they was not too bad for them. Disappointed.
