Terrible experience, i would not order from Papa Johns period. I ordered a 25 dollar pizza and this is what i got. Burnt crust, no extra cheese as paid for. I called the manager and they were supposed to refund my order. Manager was rude and sounded like a kid. 10 days later no refund. Stay far away from this store. You can get a better pizza from Sams Club at a third of the price.

A friend ordered dinner for me and my family from this Papa John’s after I’d had surgery and had very limited mobility. My friend sent me a screenshot of the order so I knew when and what to expect; she scheduled for it to be delivered at 5:30. It was not a big order- a large stuffed crust pizza and side of breadsticks. At 5:50 I called the restaurant to confirm it was still coming. The person who answered the phone said the delivery person was on their way and I could expect them shortly. Just after 6 the delivery driver showed up with our order. My family ate the saddest, lukewarm pizza for supper. The crust itself was just barely baked but had been rolled so thin it was flimsy, no one could pick up their actual pizza without it falling apart. My four year old and nine year old even commented that I the slices were thin. The breadsticks were fine, everything tasted as it should. My question is this: Why offer a scheduled delivery time if you won’t honor that it? It’s quite simple, if you’re running late please express the courtesy of letting your customer know. We had our own personal reasons for needing our dinner delivered by 5:30, with it being over a half hour late we had to move plans around. As for the pizza, monitor your quality assurance because it’s currently nonexistent. I know Papa John’s has standards, this order fell very short of meeting them.

Oh I've tried and tried with the Springhurst Papa John's. Against my better judgement I decided to give it one more shot... I should have known better!! A friend ordered dinner for me and my family from this PJ's after I'd had surgery and had very limited mobility. My friend sent me a screenshot of the order so I knew when and what to expect; she scheduled for it to be delivered at 5:30. I grew up eating PJ's from Springhurst and it's just not worth it. Frankly I'd rather save the money and grab a frozen pizza to bake at home. At least I know it'll be hot that way!

We placed an order for delivery and when I called to check on the order, they said it was placed for carry out. The manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He even hung up on me. We as a school, will never order from there again.

Papa John’s has really gone downhill. This particular location is about as bad as it gets. This is the 3rd straight time we’ve gotten carryout from here and had an issue with what we received every time. I’ve finally learned my lesson. This is my LAST visit. This time we got home to find that they left the CHEESE off of our pizza and forgot the garlic Parmesan sauce on our garlic Parmesan breadsticks. Not to mention on the one pizza that actually was correct, the garlic sauce was open inside the box and spilled all over the pizza making it extremely soggy to the point it was not edible. This pizza is expensive and not one item was worth eating. Getting through to talk to someone with any sense at all……good luck. Worst. Ever.

Staff usually does not pay very good attention when dealing with customers in the store. I usually order what I want online, and for some reason almost every time I go to pick up my order they make something different than what I ordered. I guess there’s something wrong with the system but when I tell them it was a mistake and I didn’t order that they insisted I did order it even though I’m telling them and showing on my end I did not order it. They have a condescending attitude about it as well very rude, very inappropriate and very uncomfortable for me as a customer. The manager, the young guy could use a better attitude along with a lot of his staff.

I ordered a cheese pizza for my kids and this is what I got. What kind of cheese pizza is this? Unacceptable! Never got another one made when I made an attempt to go fix this issue at the store.

Sent an online order for carry-out. When I arrived, a customer was struggling at the cash register while the team member behind it was ignoring the customer while on their phone. The team member seemed annoyed when I asked for my order. Once I was home, I noticed a pizza was missing one of the toppings. I was annoyed because I didn't want to wait for them to remake it and each topping costs extra; I didn't get what I paid for. I attempted to leave feedback online via chat, but it said to contact the manager of the location. When I called the location and clicked the option to speak to the manager, it rang repeatedly. When they finally picked up they didn't answer... they just left the phone off the hook. I could hear them say "I hate the people that live around here."I haven't had Papa John's in years and this experience suggests I never should've gotten it again. The pizzas we got weren't bad, but it wasn't a complex order - they messed up a two topping pizza!

Some slices didn't even have any single toppings ordered. Might as well get a plain cheese pizza, why pay extra? Someone decided to put loads of black papers in cheese crust. Is this a joke?

They are supposed to be open until 12 am. Sent the order at 11:20 pm, order was cancelled with no explanation. They’ve given bad service before as well.

The cashier was friendly. However, the pizza was dry and bubbled up. Also I requested the pizza at 11:30 and it was ready at 11:15 so it wasn't very hot once I got it.

Worst pizza makers with respect to Papa John’s. I place the order light sause and extra cheese. They do the opposite cause they don’t care. Whenever I apply a discount code for a carry-out order, they don’t make the pizza the way I put the order. It is like you either eat the way they make it or don’t order your pizza here.

I haven't ordered from Papa Johns in a long time for a multitude of reasons but they sent us some promo codes in the mail recently so we figured we would give them another shot. Horribl miserable fail. Ordered a large All the Meats and a small Sausage pizza. No add-ons or substitutions and special instructions. Didn't even add flavor to the crust. Just the default pizzas. The sausage had some slices that literally had a single piece of sausage on it and most of the others had a couple pieces but it was very very sparse. The large 'All the Meats' pizza had nothing but pepperoni and cheese on it and the pepperoni was just as parse as the sausage pizza!Thank you Papa John's for reminding me why I switched to Jets Pizza.
