Outstanding service from start to finish! Left my old bank to refinance with Park at half the interest rate, I did an online application for the loan and then headed to Park community to turn in a document, as I walked in I found out I was already approved. Very fast and friendly.

Chong and Pam are the most helpful employees that I've ever had the pleasure of working with in a bank and they make you actually feel cared and there is been more than one instance where these two ladies and this Bank in general has gone out of their way above and beyond to help me even on their own time and these are the reasons why I pick this Bank and Park Community in general if you're looking for a good reliable Bank this is where you should be

I had the opportunity to visit the Park Community Credit Union yesterday October 27th. I was greeted warmly as I entered. I opened a Bump Up CD. Everything was explained. All my questions were answered. Pamela Johnson was my representative. She provided excellent & friendly service.

spoke with branch manager who made everything right for me after some issues I had with my bank account, her and the nice lady i spoke with on the phone made every effort to correct the situation

Enjoyed our experience with Pamela Johnson at the Breckinridge location. We were able to set up my teens first account, and she is so excited! I am glad I chose a credit union over a national bank. The customer service was exceptional, she got her debit card that day, and the one on one education to show my daughter how to use the online banking and ITM was truly appreciated. I am so glad that my daughter’s first independent banking experience was one in a million. Thanks Pamela!

From the moment I was referred to the conclusion of my HILOC, Park Community Credit Union has surpassed my expectations of service. Each individual that I worked with along the way was kind, respectful, and diligent in getting this process through each state. My closing was quick and effortless. I am very excited to be a member of this amazing group of professionals!

In 3 years, I’ve had my card hacked, what is it now, 6 times? Like I don’t understand why I cannot hold onto a card until it expires?! I have to call and cancel so often because money is taken off my card from foreign countries? Is it like this everywhere?

Great bank and adorable kids savings program. This location isn't my favorite because of the parking lot and round about way it takes to get to it. But we have enjoyed family banking at Park FCU.

I have banked with Park for more than 40 years (no kidding), and I recognize that the whole world is stressed and not performing optimally, but, that said, a significant inconvenience delivered by a Park manager this morning merits reporting. An insurance company wrote a payment check to me AND my wife (not OR my wife). My wife and I bank separately. I took the check endorsed by both of us, plus a cell-phone photo of her driver's license, to Park for deposit into my account, and the manager told the teller to reject the deposit because my wife was not present. Mr. or Ms. unnamed manager: maybe I need to bank elsewhere.

Short Summary: Started with Park 10/2020, they lost my car title due to poor communication, had to drive with expired tags, sold my car 4/2021 to get away from Park, Mgmt never reached out(I apparently exceeded the character limit with my initial review so I'll summarize.)Going through Park was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Park made me feel like a number and really screwed up my car loan refinance. I’ll try to keep this short but I was very angry through this experience and I’m a very calm person. I felt lied to and betrayed by them. Though it won’t amount to much I wanted to explain my experience, I did save emails and phone calls as proof.I started with park in October of 2020 to refinance my car and for 6 months I was dragged along until I decided to sell my car (4/20/21). Due to poor communication, my car title was lost for months and I was forced to drive with expired car tags. I was told by my rep, Amber F., that her manager, Dee, would reach in regards to my issues. It's now a Month after I sold my car and I haven't received a single message from them.It felt like once everything was done, I was not their problem anymore. I felt like a number that they screwed up but now they’re onto the next.My case might have been special but I will never refer anyone to Park.

I just moved to Kentucky and went in to open two accounts last week. My experience opening them was great, service was excellent.Only giving 4 stars because I wasn't told it would take up to 2 weeks to get my debit card. Every other bank or credit union I've ever used issued a temp card immediately (like U.S. Bank) or you got it within 3-5 business days so I didn't even think to ask. I already set up direct deposit so my whole check is already going in to the accounts and I have no way to access it other than going in to get cash. I'm going out of town this weekend and carrying that much cash makes me uncomfortable but it seems that's my only option.I called the branch to see if they could help get the card sooner. The girl on the phone basically said no and didn't sound sympathetic at all. "Sorry, that's how it is." seemed to be the attitude. No trying to help me at all. Just a little disgruntled. Hopefully my experience with them going forward will be more like the first encounter.
