Great place. They fixed my Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Windows error that was plaguing me for months. I was updated throughout the repair process via phone and they worked with me on price. Would recommend for any software issue.

I've watched ToastyBros on YouTube for like at least the last 3 years and I've always wanted to get a PC from them someday. Their pre-builds look dope, their special edition PCs are awesome (my spefic favorite is the 2023 Earth Day PC). A couple days ago we finally got one delivered from them for my brother because he didn't have a PC and he wanted one asap but I honestly have nothing bad to say, the buying process was simple, it was very thoroughly packed nicely, and the set-up process was very quick and simple and the system was running within a few minutes of opening just as it should!
We actually decided after (probably a little impulse to recase the pc) not because there was anything wrong with it the way it was but I've had an extra case in my closet for a few years with RGB and a acrylic panel and my brother really wanted to use it, end result everything moved over nicely, and works just fine and now there's a lot more space if he ever want to get a new GPU & PSU!
So big thanks to PCBros for making this possible! 👊🏼 I will definitely be buying from them again whenever I'm looking for a new upgrade myself!

I reached out to PCBros for a consultation about building a custom PC. I’ve never owned one, so of course I had a lot of questions. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and patient as they helped me navigate building my first PC. Because of how thorough they were, when my PC arrived it was exactly what I wanted. They have also helped me with any follow up questions I’ve had. I’ve already recommended them to several people, and will continue to do so. 10/10 experience!

took my PC there for troubleshooting and cable management. Got it back quickly in good working order, pricing was fair and the workers were friendly. They have some PCs and accessories on sale for fair prices. Highly recommend!

I just got my PC and it's perfect. Perfectly put together, wires well run and managed, starts up super fast and looks super clean with the lighting and extra RGB fans they added. I like having a PC that is not full of bloatware like normal prebuilt and they put in some quality parts for the price, 9800 X 3D and a 5080. It's also nice that they have support that is here in the US and that they answer questions and do what they can to help with issues. As a bonus I was able to watch them build this particular PC on their YouTube channel and not only was it interesting to watch but I got to see the whole process and the care they put into it. Though it may not be the case that every PC they build has a video, it helped me decide on the PC I wanted from them prior to buying. Definitely worth the price and will buy from them again in the future when it's time.

They fixed my five-year problem with my PC in less than a day, and upgraded my computer to Windows 11. I was fully prepared to have to purchase a brand new PC out of frustration, but a simple fix and a few hours at PCBros has saved my computer! I couldn't be more happy. <3

I ordered a prebuilt PC from these guys I've been following on Youtube for the last year. They happened to build a configuration that fit my needs perfectly. Received it and found out they don't mess around with inferior packaging. It was an amazing experience unboxing it. There were some issues I discovered after setup. But, one message to David in Customer Service and we were flying along with getting it to where they promised. I'd never let Geek Squad remote in on any PC I own. Didn't think twice letting Jake and them connect to me. Had answers within minutes. no headaches! 10/10 will recommend them to my friends and family.

Got my first PC from them, got hooked immediately and got the upgrade bug LOL. I follow their socials (ToastyBros) and trust me when I tell you that they care for their customers and consumers more than any other company I've seen. No bias here, I take these review seriously and I can honestly say that theyre great at what they do.

charging $1800 for a 9600x and a 9070 is insane, i could easily build that for $1200. i found out about that after i bought it
